AWFUL , STAY AWAY!!!!! JUNK. Even if this helps one person I’ll be happy.

OMG talk about DECEPTIVE! I just received the "Bubble Cleaner" First of all, the bottle is tiny. It has no contents list. It is supposed to FOAM onto the surface to be cleaned. It does NOT and it made me gasp and choke! WHAT a RIP OFF!!! I also ordered flame solar lights. On the website they make it look like you get 4. You only get one. God knows if it even works, I haven't tried it. Their "Return Policy" states they cant accept returns more than 30 days FROM PURCHASE. IT TOOK LONGER THAN THAT TO EVEN RECEIVE THE ITEMS!!! I am beyond disappointed. I am LIVID.

Only because I cannot give zero. Complete rip off. Products are cheap an 4 x higher priced for same items on Amazon. HUGE MARKUP on cost. Do not recommend. Did not respond to my emails after contacting.

i received items that would not assemble, missing pieces, and nothing even remotely close to the descriptions! if you have a problem with anything at all they require you to ship the crap merch. back to china....on your dime, and they absolutely do not give af about anything!!!!!! STAY AWAY

They sent a toy copy of the product that did not work did not answer the calls and emails until after the 30 day return time. I believe that these folks are internet Crooks who prey on folks who don't check the reviews first. I am one of them but never again. Expensive lesson and a disappointed grand son.......

This company is an absolute SCAM operation! I ordered a battery operated small branch cutter. I was sent a pair of cheap regular cutters. Not battery operated. I emailed the company. No response. Just now I zoomed in on the address that was given as their company’s site in Canada—just some little suburban house.

The product that I ordered did NOT work anything like the video showed. Their refund policy states to email customer service for a full refund instructions. I sent 3 emails that they never responded to. Their phone always says they are closed.
They hide a online no return policy in FAQ under order cancellations to show the credit card company, but have a full page return policy stating "if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Buyer beware!!!!

I was excited to get some products from the company. Ordered the dog lease that came with a built in water bowl. etc. PURE JUNK! Other products I received were also cheaply made. When I called to get a return ID number which specifies you must have, NO ONE answers the phone. The recording states they are closed and to leave a message. No one returns any call. I left 4 messages over two weeks. When I emailed them, even though the instructions give you a return address for Canada, they will tell you that in order to get a refund, it must be sent back to the warehouse in CHINA at a different address so the shipping cost is much more. This company is VERY DISHONEST, with CHEAP, CHEAP PRODUCTS. BEWARE!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AND WILL WARN EVERYONE I KNOW.

I ordered a cutting tool that looked like it did an amazing job carving wood, and it was at a good price - $19.95 + tax and shipping. I received a chunk of plastic and a couple of metal pieces that did not fit into or on the chunk of plastic - I think they may have been from another tool. The package did not have any instructions or anything other than the plastic bag with the things inside it. I have tried to contact ModernMint many times, but I get no answer. This is a terrible company - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I just received this small knife that rotates to cut, and when it arrived, it was broken, I received it on a Friday, and emailed them that Saturday, and have been emailing everyday. I sent them back the knife because it doesn't work, because the area that the blade goes into was broke, and I probably won't see another sent to me, and I just lost 25.00..I seen a white couple on this website advertising this, not any Made In China...man, these China folks are hitting us at all ends...

I ordered The RC 1/6 scale monster truck .The video advertisement showed the RC truck pull a real truck , It looked awesome.I WAITED 5 MONTHS AND WHEN my order FINALY CAME I opened the package and it WASNT THE 1/6 scale monster RC truck I ordered.It was a plastic little toy farm tractor worth about 2 dollars.I WAS PISSED OFF .TRIED TO GET THEM TO FIX THINGS BUT THE RC TRUCK I ORDERD NEVER DID COME

I tried to order a much needed product, filled out required steps, and my card was rejected. I've been saving for a move across country, so i know there was sufficient funds, and have credit score well above 700. What's up with that? Looks like i wont have to look at what they are selling any more.

Have only received 1 stack of pots, bottom one was broken - paid 170.00 for small crappy pots that they are not even shipping. I got shipping notification on April 12th 2021 and the other stacks haven't show that they were shipped. Yes I also saw them on pinterest - I will never order another thing that I see on that site again. This is a scam! I am contacting my credit card to get a refund. They were not what they were described at all.

This company is a rip off!!!!!! Do not buy a thing from them. I order 2 items from them over 3 months ago and still haven’t received them. One which just notes ordered. Haven’t gone any further. I have contacted them MANY times to cancel my order and get my money back but NEVER a response. I found them on Pinterest. Don’t be fooled by their all American website. It’s a Chinese based company RIPOFF!!!!!

Don't order from this company! They don't deliver what they advertise! Ordered 1 pk of 4 tiki torches they sent me 1 tiki torch 12" high plastic crappy thing could have gotten from Doolar store. no way to reach them always a recording sayin there closed. never get an email back. took over a month for crap.

Ripped off! I ordered some stackable planters a month ago from modern mint... still have not received them. Customer service number has recording saying they are closed, apparently24/7. I emailed them about my order and got a response. Days later I tried to track my order and it said it could not be found, of course the map provided just shows where it delivers to.
Wish I had saw these reviews before I ordered. Buyer beware

Scam alert! Never received anything, no shipping update, or response of any kind. When I originally ordered item it showed some lovely couple on the sale page advertising a home business from somewhere in the South, all made and shipped in USA. Actually a fake company from China as far as I can tell. It's a shame I have to give it 1 star.
