🚨 DO NOT ORDER FROM MODERNO MILANO! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL COMPANY! 🚨

I cannot stress this enough: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I placed an order on 30th September, and today is 4th November. That’s FIVE WEEKS of being messed around, repeatedly misled by customer service, and STILL NO ORDER OR REFUND!

After waiting over a week without receiving so much as a tracking number, I contacted customer service. I was assured that “the warehouse is packing your order.”

What an absolute joke.

After THREE WEEKS of chasing and being fed the same excuses, they finally admitted that THE ITEMS I HAD PAID FOR WEREN’T EVEN IN STOCK!

So what exactly was the warehouse supposedly packing all that time?!

And now, FIVE WEEKS after taking my money, I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED A REFUND!

The level of dishonesty, incompetence, and complete disregard for paying customers is absolutely staggering.

Let’s be clear: THIS ISN’T ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF MONEY. IT’S ABOUT THE PRINCIPLE.

You cannot take someone’s money, repeatedly provide misleading information about their order, eventually admit you don’t even have the products, and then fail to issue a refund.

At this point, the entire experience feels like I’ve been scammed. Whether it’s deliberate dishonesty or sheer incompetence, the result is exactly the same: THEY HAVE MY MONEY, I HAVE NOTHING, AND I’VE BEEN GIVEN NOTHING BUT EXCUSES.

I’ve genuinely never experienced such appalling customer service. The complete lack of accountability is infuriating.

MODERNO MILANO — YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS.

⚠️ BUYERS BEWARE. SAVE YOUR MONEY, SAVE YOUR TIME, AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I WOULD.

Had a good experience with these guys, my order did take a week to arrive which was fine and turnt up the wronge size but they was quick to resolve the issue and I got my requested size sent with no hassle

This is a sister company to Luciénte (scam company) poor quality, takes months (at times) to receive items. Pretty sure it was dispatched from china. Managed to get all my money back (nigh on £800) which was a surprise bear in mind the absolute agg it took for the stuff to arrive, poorly packaged like it’d been sent from a sweat shop!!

Very disappointing experience – Warning to other customers!

I received my order in the wrong color, despite having confirmed the correct color with the seller beforehand.

The product appears to be a dropshipping item sourced from Alibaba, yet it is marketed as something more exclusive.

The return process does not work, and despite multiple attempts to contact customer service via email and WhatsApp, the issue remains unresolved. The company refuses to issue a refund and does not appear to follow its own terms and conditions.

In my opinion, these business practices are highly misleading and raise serious concerns about the company’s credibility.

I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious before ordering from this company.

The matter is now being reviewed for possible legal action.

Drop shipping site, straight from China. Ordered Cashmere and it’s like plastic - not even a tag attached. Avoid

I have worked in the clothing business for over 30 years, also for cashmere brands. Ordered a cashmere cardigan from Moderno Milano, just for fun and I can inform you that this is NOT cashmere. No care label what is mandatory requirement for garments made in China or elsewhere. The company is a scam.

I completed a purchase, but there was an issue with the order confirmation, which was frustrating at first. However, everything changed after I contacted the company. Their customer service was outstanding, and they even compensated me for the lost order. What started as a negative experience ended on a very positive note. This is a professional company that truly cares about its customers.
