Love it - so many options and hours of play

Thank you very much for the approach of the customer service, they solved our problem very quickly and to everyone's satisfaction. The children are very fond of the MODU kit, so I'm glad that they can continue to play again on the new wheels!

Complaint regarding packaging
The best toy ever, but I must point out that it was very poorly packaged. The box was damaged, part of the packaging had fallen apart, and the packaging did not protect the items at all from damage or movement inside the box.

Fortunately, there is no damage to the products themselves. However, the baskets I ordered, when assembled, have sides that fold very loosely without pressing the opening mechanism, which may have been caused by improper and unprotected transport.
I must admit that I am very disappointed with the way a fairly expensive product was packaged and shipped. Unfortunately, I will have to leave a negative review for this order

I just wish I knew modu before I let people gift any other toys to my kids.. my house would be so easy to organize with just this one toy

Mine børn elsker Modu og bygger alt fra rumraketter til skøre biler. Hjulene var desværre begyndt at falde af, til stor frustration for børnene. Nu har vi fået nye sæt hjul og 🤞🤞for at det hele spiller igen.

We love our Modu! We have a couple of sets and will for sure expand our collection in the future. It's open ended play at it's best, and really good quality.

We had a problem with holes being too loose and wheels falling easily off and Customer service was wonderful and after some clarifications and checks sent us a new set of parts! The new parts are perfect and we no longer have the issue!

My kid loves

We love it! MODU is very versatile, colorful and so strong, despite the light weight. Our kid loves building all kinds of vehicles to race through the living room.

Wir hatten für unser Modu- Set noch die alten Rollen. Nach einer Zeit sind diese leider immer aus dem Steckschaum rausgefallen. Über den Customer-Service haben wir problemlos neue Rollen erhalten, sodass es nun wieder Spaß macht, damit Fahrzeuge zu bauen. Vielen lieben Dank!

We experienced that the pieces of the set we initially got, fell apart very easily. When we contacted customer service they were very understanding and helpful and sent us a new set of wheels and "bars" without extra cost. Now the set works without any problem!

Amazing concept and execution. The toy has become my baby’s favourite thing ever since we bought it. I love the freedoms of experimenting and building various things for him. Later, when he grows older he will be able to enjoy it and build something he imagined. Best purchase ever!

I got to know Modu a few weeks ago when visiting a friend who has a lot of Modu sets at home and decided to order the balance track set as an easter present for my son. So I just can rate the webshop and order process.
The onlineshop is easy to navigate and placing an order is straightforward. Delivery was also very fast.

Issues with loose wheels. Contact to MODU and support within 1 working day. Problem solved the day afterwards. Thank you MODU-Team.
