Excellent quality and quick shipping

Vi er virkelig glade for Modu. Hjemmeside/bestilling/levering virker upåklageligt og Modu-klodserne er vores yndlingslegetøj - både mit og min etårige søns. Vi bygger gåvogne, løbecykler, stol og bord, sækkevogne, små trapper til at komme op i sofaen og meget mere. Og jeg er helt sikker på, at klodserne vil blive ved med at skabe kreativ leg og sjov i mange år endnu.
Modu er også blevet en go-to til fødselsdags- og dåbsgaver til venners børn - fordi det bare holder. Det er sjovt for de helt små og sjovt for større børn, der selv kan bygge kreationer til værelset.

Great customer service and great product. We use the babyset with our newborn and the older nephews go crazy with the dreamer set.

Fantastic concept. Good quality multifunctional toys. My baby refuses to do tummy time unless it’s on the wheeler board and is on there several times a day wanting to be wheeling around on his belly!

I needed help with a MODU construction set. My son loves the set. We constantly play with it and create new games. But a small problem arose, so we contacted customer support, and they helped us with our problem. We plan to continue playing with the set and will be ordering more. Thanks to manager Clara for her help.

We bought the Dreamer set some time ago and really love the concept and versatility it offers. Recently, our daughter started exploring different MODU ride builds, and that’s when we began noticing issues with the connector pegs.

It’s possible that our set includes an older version, with pegs that haven’t been improved yet. We’re now considering buying another set for our son, but we’d be hesitant if the peg quality is still the same.

Also, the set was promoted with the travel bag, but the shop has sent it without, explaining that they have no more bags and therefore cannot send it.

First spotted Modu blocks at a friend's house and have gone on to purchase a set for my son and for my nephews. Although gifted to the babies, their older siblings also love creating with the sets! We got the 3 in 1 walker and the curiosity set. Both are fantastic and we love that you can get add ons to transform them even more. Shipping takes a few days to the UK but the items were dispatched very soon after ordering.

I reached out to MODU for a default in a block, resulting in parts falling out (the holes were too big). They answered me right away and sent me a replacement block. MODU was so friendly and we love them! Our 1 year old has so much fun playing with it, and I am sure will enjoy it in the years to come as well. Highly recommend!

Ils sont polyvalents et peuvent être utilisés à tout âge, ce qui est rare !
De plus, leur fabrication en circuit court et l'utilisation de matériaux recyclés sont des points forts pour moi ! Et jusque là, la qualité a été au rendez vous !
Je viens de commander un module complémentaire et, suite à un souci de livraison, le SAV a été très réactif !

I bought the explorer set for my toddler. He enjoys it a lot since we opened the package. Unfortunately, one of the blocks has issues with loose holes which causes a problem when playing. I immediately get in contact with Modu. They are very helpful, they took action quickly, and sent new blocks. We are very happy with the experience! Thank you🖤

Leider kein telefonischer Kundenservice ,daher zieht sich die Klärung eines Problems. Allerdings war der E-Mail Service perfekt. Mir wurde echt super geholfen!!

So so happy with my dreamer set. My little boy has specially loved the little kitchen set up, but I'm sure as he grows he will enjoy all other options.

I had a small issue with one of the blocks because the wheels would fall easily, but Modu's customer experience team helped me identify the issue and replace the problematic piece in a timely matter.

Would 100% recommend investing in these pieces.

Jeg fandt en fejl på min vare og sende en e-mail til kundeservice omkring problemet. Straks efter fik jeg tilsendt en ny vare, som nu virker ubeklageligt. Virkelig god kundeservice som går over al forventning

For sure this was the best gift for our son’s first birthday, not only he loves it but also every other member of the family was amazed by the features, the looks, the possibilities! And by the modular system it continues to serve as a great gift 🎁 we are very happy with the purchase and can only recommend it!

MODU is an absolute hit with my one year-old. The countless options, whether from the book or created on your own, are all fantastic and keep my kid playing for hours. The material is firm and feels like high quality. This purchase was a great one, I recommend it to everyone who has kids (and maybe secretly wants to build with some blocks themselves).

Great support from the customer service after my parcel being returned to MODU without explanation. The answer was very fast and a new order was placed (and even with a gift!). Thank you very much for your reactivity and your support
