Terrible experience. I have been trying for months to cancel my subscription, and I have not received any support from Moisés.

I was also refused a refund within 24 hrs & i have the emails to back it up if anyone would like to see them.
I only wanted a month's trial but ended up with a yearly subscription that i don't use
I feel pretty cheated & i hope the Musician's Union is aware of this.

I was excited to try out their software and realised that the limitations on the free versions were no different to the latest Ableton Live capabilities. Given that they claimed to be a higher standard I thought it would be worth the money to pay for the pro level. I bought a year's subscription with the intention of using the software for making music, but after running one track through it I quickly realised that the extraction algorythm is terrible.
It's able to distinguish a high hat from a tom, but that's not really ground breaking at this point. Beyond that it has very average detection capabilities.
I considered what I should do and asked for a refund the next day (before 24 hours had passed). I received an instantaneous response refusing a refund and pointing me towards their terms and conditions. (It couldn't be automated could it?).
I haven't read their terms and conditions, but I assumed that if they were running a product that they had confidence in it's value, that they would obviously refund my money as I hadn't received the benefits that I had paid for.
It seems that they are happy to catch as many people as possible in the subscription snare, and maybe retire early or wind up the product once that game has run its course.
This company won't be around in 24 months time. Probably best not to get a 1 year subscription.

Moises tactics are limited stem generation attempts so you have to go for pro and annual subscription as its cheaper once they got your money and you complain and ask for a refund its ignored
so to the program very limited the stem generation is ok contraction wise but all the instruments are poor quality has artefacts so not useful
so nowhere up to standard
mastering does not work or it poor makes track worse, software flaky
hardly any updates the other 2 VST plug ins are coming
when been like that for agers interface in beta for ever
just not worth the money
Moises if keep going like this and you are going to go the way of the Dodo extinct
please reimburse me my money as your program is not fit for purpose

A lot of problems with their 20 track upload, its simply dont work as offered, support send solutions but non of them works, they must accept its not working fine and need more development, a lot of time lost re uploading, deliver dates lost, clients no happy

The software adds backing tracks THEN removes them. It gets the tempo wrong (with and without auto detect) and you have to set the wrong tempo to match your original song upload. It can't import using a url. It is super, supery buggy. To be fair, it's in beta, but it wastes tons of time and simply isn't usable for orignal music at this time (rock, pop to be specific).

Sur un rythme binaire ça sort des trucs plutôt sympa, mais dès qu'on veut créer des stems en ternaire, c'est complètement à côté de la plaque, l'IA ne reconnais absolument pas le ternaire. Donc malheureusement inutilisable 😞

I was initially excited about the program, however in trying out the free version the sound quality wasn't good enough for me to use as a professional. I told I needed to upgrade to try it out. So, I purchased a month of the Pro plan to try it out and it works for me and was excited because I knew they had a sale with a discount and I was going to upgrade for the yearly plan, however they said because I for an existing member I couldn't get a discount. It was only 2 days and I did know that the discount was coming, but I wouldn't have bought a year without hearing the product first.

I always find it a bit strange when brands charge you a high fee to use their service, and it doesnt work properly. When you export something, sometimes it says done, and then never delivers it. Strange. you dont have the ability to export in 48k it always compresses it to 44.1 no matter what you do - no say. When you press export more than 1 file at once, it makes this queue thing , which never bloody works anyway as it confuses itself and gives you a scrolling loading bar until it does it, then nothing happens. this program is worth an annual membership of maybe 20 quid, which is 1/10 of the actual price. They have a nerve charging what they do for a broken software. Use someone else's.

Les explications de l app sont très vagues..j' ai acheté l appli Premium ..étant batteur,et je ne peux séparer les pistes batteries,j' ai possibilité simplement d avoir la basse seule... achat inutilisable pour ma part,et ne veulent pas rembourser..

I tried the free version first and assumed that the pro version would be better. I wanted to replace some tracks in already mastered material from long ago. I paid for a month and the results are useless for high quality mixing, etc. I am stuck with losing $20 now since there is no refund.

I have suffered in the same way as many who have already posted here, and I signed up for the app in good faith. Discovered within a day or two that it wasn’t for me and was not performing to expectations. Asked for a refund and was denied within seconds. Moises stated their terms and conditions, but let’s be honest: who really reads the small print? You expect a company to behave reasonably and refund those who are not satisfied with their purchase within a reasonable timeframe. Incredibly disappointed. Avoid this company as there is no point buying software from companies that aren’t behaving with any integrity. It’s just gonna cause you problems down the road even if you like the software.

I signed up for Moises and quickly found out that the app lacks some things that I need. I requested a refund the very next day and was refused, stating:

"we have reached the final decision that this falls under a non-refundable category. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, Moises is a non-refundable service. Subscribing to our platform implies your acknowledgment and agreement to this condition."

It's important to me to have good customer support when using these types of apps. I would not recomend usine Moises due to lack of support and poor to no customer service.

Very disappointing.
Bizarrely, the FREE version of the app, seemed to do quite a good job; so I signed up for the 'Premium' package (the PRO package is ridiculously expensive) - but of course, they only bill ANNUALLY......so you have this thing for a year, whether you use it or not!

Once I opened the 'Premium' app - you guessed it....all the limitations kicked in, - I was only able to separate 4 stems on any track and the quality is, frankly terrible with bad crosstalk between the stems and all sorts of extraneous noise.

You could not use these stems for anything. The drums sound like they are being played underwater.

VERY very very bad - I cancelled the subscription immediately, but they have your money so they don't care.

AVOID - many free or cheaper alternatives available

This is my last foray into A.I. it's all pretty much a rip off, which is basically what A.I. is. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. it does nothing that you would expect it does, nothing. I upgraded from the 6.99 and then paid USD 34.99 - 48.47 (for a pro account ) in Canadian we went to cancel but there is no refund if you cancel they make you stay with the useless app until the next renewal date.

If I can I'll try for a chargeback with my card company, this is short of a scam.

Grosse arnaque. La version gratuite est mieux que celle premium. Pas de chant, basse, guitare, etc tous regroupés dans autres. Il faut prendre l'abt Pro à 21 €/mois pour pouvoir tout séparer. Honteux

Used to be really, really good. Almost flawless but recently has gotten so bad it’s a joke. Even in the last four months. Really sad. Was an excellent tool.
