My most recent order was perfect and amazingly efficient bearing in mind 2 third parties (the vet and Royal Mail) were also involved. Ordered one day and received the next - can't get better than that!

Was very pleased with how quick my order was sent out but Royal Mail took pic of parcel being posted through my door but then they went missing, luckily I put a post on our local Facebook page and I got them back

Ordered my dogs prescription drugs on Monday 19th October and received them on Thursday 22nd October. Excellent service and ordering online was easy..

I order all my dog’s medication from Molecule (was Hyperdrug). Their prices are good, and they’re very efficient. Most of all though, they have a real person who can answer queries by phone. It’s not a call centre, it’s always the same person who knows her stuff.

Provides good advice when needed especially with repeat orders.
Quick and efficient service at an average price for the precriptions. Generally well stocked.

Camera requirement for weight loss treatment doesnt work. So dont waste your time starting the application. Plenty of superior suppliers available on ogovy comparison site.

Took a while to find what i wanted as your page is not as easy as Hyperdrug.

The expiry date on the inhaler is very short and expires in March. Also the package it was in was very bashed and crumpled.

I was surprised and disappointed that the medication had gone up in price by 120% from the previous months otherwise the service was okay.
