As a 83year old ,I dread ordering online but I must admit it was easy ordering my item and receiving the item in such a short time was excellent.

Royal Mail have still not delivered my order they have email me every day to say they are delivering but do not turn up ,this is happening on a regular basis . I have stayed in for 3 days for this delivery as i need to worm some horses that are going away for training . I do not use them anymore myself. Regards Ann

Quick delivery . This is a reliable seller . My dog is on a special diet so pleased this is on the stock list so reduces my anxiety about not being able to get it . Very happy

We always use Hyperdrug for our monthly supply of stud muffins and this month they have moved over to Molecule so we were slightly worried that there would be a drop off in service.

But no need to worry the service was as great as always so hopefully this continues under new ownership.

Order arrived in good time and we'll packaged, unfortunately the ice pack had burst which saturated the box and vaccination record card.
Maybe you could put these in a polythene bag to avoid this happening in future.

The prices were good the ordering was smooth it is always a pain filling in the animal information but it has to be done nowerdays by law, the delivery was good arrived with the Royal mail in a few days, all in all well done. Many thanks.

It is easy to reorder medication and products are dispatched quickly. A prescription is uploaded which covers 5 months and is held on file.
My dog has 3 items each month and its is easy to reorder as necessary.

Website not that easy to navigate and no where to add notes for delivery that I could see since change but delivery time great sent out prompt

Order dealt with promptly,service great …delivery on time as always.My problem is post takes a while to receive and again delivery is sketchy at best.
Sometimes a week to receive‼️which delays delivery .
This delivery was the quickest ,so far so good.
