I ordered something from you back in September and never received it. I have been trying to contact you through support and customer service but can't get through. Guess I will have to go to PayPal and see what they can do !!

$43.89 wasted/scammed from me for "diet pills"! Never received a confirmation nor the product so I did not get an "order #" to follow up.

ordered Homwell Window Squeegee on Sept 23 2025, and as today Oct 27, 2025 no trace of product ordered.
No communication, no tracking number, no info, no phone number and no product, no costumer service.
This is scam they get their money but no product.

Zero rating this is scam, placed an order with them and never arrived, I wish I read these reviews before ordering. Thank god it’s not big money but they can’t be left to steal ppl money.

I score them a 0 because I've ordered a product August 4, 2025 it's October 1, 2025 and no update nor a response from the company. I just want to let everyone know that this freaking company is a scam. So we should all go on every social media out there and put this company on blast so no one else can get scammed. If anyone out there knows there address please let me know so I can go and knock on there door or ring the doorbell. LETS PUT THIS COMPANY MOLOOC ON FACEBOOK, TIK TOK OR ANY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA AND LET THE PEOPLE KNOW THEY ARE A SCAM. I am blasting them tomorrow morning. So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PUT ALL THE NEGATIVITY OUT THERE ON THIS COMPANY MOLOOC...Thank You..

I ordered the same product last week and they delivered it within 3/5 days but it’s been almost 10 days, I still not received it yet.

I ordered a blood monitor to test glucose and I NEVER RECEIVED IT. I contacted customer service 3 times and never received a response. Obviously ANOTHER BIG SCAM. I got the offer from Facebook.
I did not expected Facebook to allow SCAMMER to publish on FB.

Scammed!bee pain relief from the BEES never showed up 43.00$ the bee keeper stole from me, does anyone know how or where this company (molooco operates in the USA, they deserve a nock at their door at place of business?

It's a real scam. I lost 33$ which isn't a lot but what when they do the same with al the people they get in touch with. Stay as far as you can from Molooco

I placed my order 2 and a half weeks ago but I’ve yet to receive an order update or a tracking reference. I used PayPal in 4 payments and I can see they’ve already cashed out the second payment US$49, it’s like being robbed in front of your eyes and you can do nothing about it.

The only thing this company did was take my payment. It has been three months and I Never received the product, a refund or a response from them.
THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!

Never received product no emails answered and no refund. Website states emails answered in 1 to 2 days did not happen after several emails. Requested refund also did not happen.

I ordered off this website and payed via Paypal. After 4 days I had yet to receive a tracking number. I contacted the company to ask for a tracking number and never received a response. Do yourself a favor, do not trust this site!
I did receive a refund thru PayPal.

You are thieves, you can't order anything online anymore because you never know if your order will arrive. I lost $50 but how do I know that my order will never arrive again! I'm disgusted to write about these Molooco👎👎👎

Ordered over a month ago and haven't received anything. Emailed and no response. No number to call.
I am reporting them to Pissed Consumers and BBB and a few other websites that consumers look at.
They sure took my money right away !!!

Scam my item never showed up ive tried contacting them and haven’t had any luck.they took 55 dollars that I didn’t have to spear ,do not buy anything from Molooco unless u want to get ripped off.
