I was a patient years ago, they messed up my teeth and then I needed further root canal treatment. That Dr basirat had originally drilled a hole on my upper back tooth and never filled it up. Overtime bacterial went in and it got infected.
Extremely disappointed with the attitude of the people who do the booking and the general manager in handling the dispute. After going there for the last 30 years they are now refusing to do a booking without paying a deposit. The last 5 occasions That I booked for hygienist I never paid deposit and kept my appointment.
The practice manger has a bigger attitude. He dismissed my claim and said it has been a mistake not to ask for a deposit in the last two years. He was happy to lose me as a customer than resolving the conflict.
When you pay to price for dentist, there are other places you can go.
