I can’t recommend Jennie Apsey at Monan Gozzett LLP highly enough.

Jennie represented me through a very difficult Child Arrangements case and was excellent from start to finish. She is straight-talking, sharp, and does not deal in fluff or nonsense. She tells you exactly where you stand, what matters, and what does not, which is exactly what you need when emotions are running high and the stakes are serious.

What impressed me most was how focused and strategic she was throughout. She kept bringing everything back to the key issues, never got sidetracked by noise, and prepared the case properly. Going into the final hearing, I felt I was in very safe hands.

She is clearly very experienced, very bright, and very good under pressure. She also has a calm but firm way about her which gives you confidence when things feel overwhelming.

Thanks to Jennie’s work, I achieved a really strong result at final hearing, including joint lives with, 6 nights out of 14 in term time, and 50/50 holidays.

If you want someone who is intelligent, honest, no-nonsense, and genuinely knows what they are doing, I would absolutely recommend Jennie.

My relationship with Monan Gozzett came from a position of naïvety. When I was invited to a voluntary police interview I was working on the basis that I hadn’t done anything wrong and the timeline presented didn’t involve me. i was not happy with service at all, i did pay the initial estimate but they wanted keep charging money. after paying more £2000 they absolutely did nothing!
defiantly avoid them as they are just over charging customers!
once i complained they took weeks to reply to me and still refused a refund! apparently my £2000 was spend on two phone calls and initial consultation!
i understand that initial estimate can be off by 10-20% off but they wanted to get more than 5-6 times of the initial estimate!
i did give them number of occasions to rectify their problems but they are just busy charging new customers!
