Great shopping experience. Delivery was very fast for such a distance and pricewise im happy too. shrooms grew nicely and effects were subtle but dosage dependant can be high too.

Hi Alessandro,
I am very sorry to hear that.
After your first package arrived, you've sent us some pictures of the bags because you said the bags were swollen. The bags looked fine and not swollen. Because you were not satisfied, we have offered you a discount code. I haven't heard any confirmation back from you.
Then you placed a second order and you weren't satisfied again. You said in both emails that the package looked swollen. In all the pictures you've sent, the product was not swollen at all. As I explained in my emails, we don't do refunds. If you still want the discount code, I kindly ask you to respond to that email.
Mushlove,
Zsanett

Hi Sirio,
I am very sorry to hear that. FedEx contacted us about a wrong address that you filled out and we emailed you, requesting the correct information.
This is the reason why FedEx was not able to deliver your parcel right away.

They sent me new kits - free of charge
This was my second order of 3 Large Grow Kits from Mondo Growkits. I was very satisfied with my first order and was ready to try different varieties this time. The order arrived insanely quickly - in 3 days. Unfortunately 2 of the 3 kits were damaged severely, with large cracks running down the corner and along the base of the plastic containers. I informed Mondo Growkits about the situation, asking for advice on how to proceed. They simply sent me 2 new kits - FREE OF CHARGE. Now THAT's what I call good customer support. Great products and great customer experience. Don't think twice, these guys are amazing.
