Amazing!
Fast and discreet delivery

Extremely friendly customer service and they helped me a lot with my journey of cultivating mushrooms and the deliver is extremely fast and the mushrooms are AMAZING

This company is terrible, showed them clear signs of bacterial contamination numerous times , Now making any excuse to not send replacement or sort the issue in any way at all, There’s always (Zamnesia)…. This company’s not worth the hassle unless your buying small boxes that come perfect but large not so much….

Quick and efficient delivery and service

No issues - very legitimate and good supplier.
My first set of grow kits did result in very deformed "blob" mushrooms but my growing conditions were far from ideal. I have tried a few different strains and my recent order of the Amazonian growkit fruited perfectly for the first flush, the second not so much and just starting the 3rd. Legit company though, products always arrive.

I ordered five different kits where three went out absolutely great. Those two, that I had trouble with were replaced by Mondo without any problems and free of charge.
I have to say that the customer support was very fast replying, very kind and very supportive. Also the shipping went quite fast. All in all it's a 5/5 and I definitely will buy there again! Thank you guys!!

while there were several issues with the payment and getting a payment confirmation (due to it being international and via bank transfer) the customer service was great. quick to reply, friendly and very helpful. and once everything went through the package arrived quicker than i expected. it was very discreetly packed and everything looked very proffesional. the product is great as well and while the mushrooms havnt started growing yet i havnt done everything perfect and still there are little white nubs forming within 48 hours
(love goes out to elisa, by far the friendliest and best customer service i ever had by any company)

edit: the mushrooms are growing very well even in non perfect conditions as my room is often too cold and falls to 19C°. hoping for a good and quick harvest
(even if everything goes bad now i still had alot of fun growing these, they give me something to look forward to and distract me)

Alle 3 Sorten sind super gewachsen und jeweils 20 - 30 g frisch bei der ersten Ernte.
Mal sehen was noch wächst.
Sehr gerne wieder dann wahrscheinlich mit denMittleren oder den großen Growkits.

No problems with mondo, i had a broken grow kit and the same day i emailed them about it they sent a new one. good communication (just email them) most of the time the get back to you on sundays but they still make sure to make the customer happy. they’ve got fast shipping and good quality grow kits.

My order was just sent after one week. The it srrived earlier than expected which was nice but the substrate is hard as arock and wont soak water. It will not br possible to grow anything.

This was my 1st order with Mondo and I had a small problem with 1 of 3 grow kits ordered. Their customer service rep responded quickly to my email, addressed my issue and sent out a new kit the following day! They didn't have to do this but it's how a good company handles business, and because of it they now have a loyal customer. I would definitely recommend Mondo! Customer service is great as well as the product!
