Okay,first thier service were alright,but then I added a savings plan which will be withdrawn every week automatically,but whenever I withdraw from the savings plan before the time , I don't ever see the money in my balance and there's no description on the plan that shows when the money will sent to your balance and it doesn't ever drop the money always hangs and I won't see my money. You people should working on your savings plan and how to get your customers their money when they withdraw from their saving plan. While using other services I don't experience such problems or difficulties. I searched Google and they said it's at managerial dashboard on the website, which is crazy.
Please fix that problem

I wanted to give Moniepoint a fair shot, but my experience (and a lot of other users’) has been really disappointing. While it sometimes processes simple transfers quickly, there are major problems that make it unreliable as a main banking app.
Here’s what’s been frustrating:
❌ Delayed or stuck transactions: Some transfers I made took days to complete or refund, with no useful updates from support.
❌ Customer service is almost non-existent: It’s very hard to reach support — calls go unanswered, emails take forever, and live help feels useless.
❌ Accounts blocked with no clear reason: Several users report being restricted or locked out and waiting weeks for resolution.
❌ Poor communication when things go wrong: When problems happen (failed transfers, blocked funds), responses are slow and often unhelpful.
❌ Trust issues & complaints across platforms: Many users online are frustrated with the service and feel ignored.
That said, the app does have a clean interface and some useful features, but those don’t make up for the lack of dependable support or the stress of unresolved money issues.

It is a shame that I transferred money to a wrong account since October 19th 10am and a very incompetent bank like moniepoint can't track the person account for a refund.
Pls guys ur money is not safe here anymore
They allowed me waste 50k on court order and nothing they could do till today, fraudulent

I use there pos for my business the fast transaction is a very good feature but there commissions can be high at times which is why I give a 3 star

I'm having the worst experience of my life currently due to pending transfers i made through thos bank app for business purposes since over 24hrs now and up till now im yet to see a refund or completed transaction from their support whichbis very frustrating even after reaching out to their support team 😑

I need to file a complaint. I received an email from Moniepoint welcoming me as a subscriber. Since I've never subscribed, it smells like a scam, and I don't want my email address misused. I repeat, I've never subscribed to this website, and I need them to remove me from their database immediately.

Moniepoint have held my 100k for over a week. Just to transfer from POS to Kuda Bank. I have been sending email without resolutions. By Monday if I don't see my money then we will face NDIC for allowing you to rob people. Moniepoint is very unprofessional avoid them for your own good.

The only thing Moniepoint truly excels at is the quick operation of their cards. Unfortunately, everything else is a nightmare. Their customer service is nonexistent. I honestly dread the thought of facing any issue that requires their support. It’s the worst I’ve encountered in Nigeria. First, you can’t get through to them via phone, and when you do, if you're lucky enough to get close to speaking with a representative, you’ll just be cut off. Their email support takes about 48 hours for a response no matter how urgent the case is.

If you need a card for fast transactions, that’s all it's good for. But don’t deposit a significant amount of money, because you'll end up blocked and completely unable to reach customer service. Just consider this a warning

Moniepoint pos is so bad, am so frustrated with using Moniepoint POS the balance is not adding up

Moniepoint POS machines are used to rob people in one chance operations.My brother was robbed in the vehicle he entered to work,a hammer was used to knock him several times to obtain him ATM card pin and diesel was pour into his eyes. He went to his bank to report that his card be blocked but the account was already emptied with a Moniepoint Pos and he was informed in his bank that the money could not be retrieved from Moniepoint because Moniepoint does not have proper KYC process in place.If Moniepoint does comply with AML/ATF Regulations, What is their buisness in the Financial industry?I need answers fast on this issue.The money must be retrieved from that POS.

On the surface, Moniepoint appears as an App that create environment for easy bank transactions but on the contrary, Moniepoint mainly develop and deploy services for criminals to carryout their fraudulent activities including money laundering. They lack appropriate procedures for monitoring transactions and they provide little or no assistance to recover stolen funds when their systemic deficiencies are explored by criminals. Simply put, Moniepoint is a safe haven for money laundering networks that engage in acts that results in financial harm to Nigerian citizens. They should have been shut down by the bank regulators

Moniepoint creates an enabling environment for scammers. I can tell you in confidence that some of the staffs works in collaboration with scammers. I can't imagine someone defrauded me i contacted the hopeless scam department full of incompetent staffs, they told me they will investigate, after waiting a couple of weeks, I reached back to them only to be told that it was a deal gone wrong.... what sort of deal did i do apart from been defrauded under a false pretence. The scammer is still using the same account to defraud more people, what a shame to Moniepoint...

They have high quality service and fast data transfer speed in addition to their good dealings.

An application used to steal from people, they blocked my account because I deposited and when I put my correct details they rejected it, my advice to users is please remove your funds and delete the application before you will have the bad experience, customer service number not allowed to be reached, no way to talk with customer service such a poor and fraud app. +2349134162562 call me if you want more information I tell you how the nonsense application steals

Please do not put your money in this application, this application is open to steal from people, I created an account and put Deposit 110,000 you restricted my account, requesting for my bvn, when I put my bvn they said is not validated, the same bvn I use in my bank account account that is unlimited, the worst part is no way to call or even reach their customer service, this application is created to steal from people, please do not put your money in this application they are thieves. I will keep reporting you everywhere.

You ppl had the God’s to put my account in no debit restriction, first of all you all are crazy, secondly you are crazy again, and thirdly the agent reading this is very stupid, you put my account in debit restriction why not also put it in no credit restriction, so you people can only receive but not send out, I went to your foolish office at Anambra state today and they said that my BVN date of and my NIN date of birth does not match, I have gone to bank and resolved the issue, I submitted it it was successful with the pull notification I got, but yet your foolish company don’t want to open my account for me, you will see my in court and trust pilot, just wait for

Moniepoint restricted my account, I reached out to customer care on call nobody answer me,I also messaged them on WhatsApp someone finally answer me and I told her I am under age and did not have bvn she told me to wait for 24hrs they will unrestrict my account but they didn’t and none of the customers care reply me again or pick call,also I am a student that neeed to get things for my project and feeding but I am not allowed to collect transfer money because of restricted account meanwhile I am under age,why can’t you just unrestrict it and allow me to transfer my money 😭😭

I personally do not use Moniepoint, but I know people who use it, feedback from those persons so far has been convenient, fast and easy. I also like the idea that businesses can easily create accounts for their businesses with ease, that is a huge value add.
