** GIFT CARDS CANNOT BE USED ONLINE **
Baffling how in 2023 you are unable to use their gift cards for online shopping but there you go.
Nobody informed me of this when I bought the card in store, you’d assume it would be fine. Nope. No help from customer service either who just fobbed me off with a link to the terms and conditions and a paltry discount.
Great clothes otherwise but move with the times ffs.

Stupid returns system. Impossible to get a label to return items or work out how to get items back. Customer service zero use and couldn’t send link to where to set it up. Suggested I pay to return the items

J'ai commandé une veste en fausse fourrure beige le lundi 16 janvier. J'ai été livrée le vendredi 20 janvier par la poste (sachant que le jeudi 19 était une journée de grève nationale). La veste commandée en taille M (alors que j'achète souvent du L) est de très bonne qualité, hyper douce et tient bien chaud. Un peu oversize avec un petit côté vintage que j'adore, on est très à l'aise dedans. Je l'ai eu avec une réduction de 40% en tout. Au final moins de 60 euros pour une veste qui en valait 90 au départ. Je suis plus que ravie de mon achat. Il y a plein d'autres vêtements à des prix très intéressants et bien soldés. Je passerai d'autres commandes. Beaucoup de choix.

De scammede mig. betalte min ordre, men fik aldrig min pakke sendt. Snakkede med mine venner om det, og det samme er sket for dem.

I purchased Monki items before on ASOS, but never on their actual website, so before purchasing online I read some reviews (as I usually do). I'm not quite sure why there are so many negative feedbacks but my experience with Monki's online purchase was awesome. I contacted Monki's customer service via Messenger, got all my queries answered in a quick and polite manner. Ordered on the 31/12, order shipped on 3/1, received parcel on 10/1 (only 6 working days). The service was great! Not to mention the prices are competitive for good quality clothes in beautiful designs. I live in NZ and it doesn't seem like a lot of people know about Monki, so I get heaps of compliments on all the Monki pieces I wear

I’m really sad to see the poor ratings for Monki here, because every single time I’ve dealt with their customer service department they’ve been so, so lovely. They’ve always gone out of their way to help me and gone above and beyond my expectations, they always listen to what I’m saying and don’t just copy and paste their FAQs like a lot of their competitors (nothing annoys me more than that!!). Keep it up, Monki <3

Op 22 juli mail van Monki dat ze mijn retour ontvangen hadden en het bedrag gingen terugstorten. Nu nog steeds niets ontvangen. Op mail die ik hierover stuurde geen antwoord. Onbetrouwbaar dus.

De retourneer regeling van MONKI wordt slecht uitgelegd. Ze zouden blijkbaar een afspraak hebben met DHL zodat deze goederen zou accepteren. Maar toen ik bij een DHL punt kwam voor retournering werd mijn

I had a bad experience with a courrier Monki is working with - the courrier never answered my complaints, while the Monki Customer Service team answered me in 24hrs, via email as I requested, and offered me a discount for my next purchase. Thank you for being so reactive!

Ordered some items a full 10 days before i went away with express delivery (supposed to take 1-2 days). The express delivery was cancelled by Monki and the items sent by regular delivery instead - as this is supposed to take 3-5 days i thought 'fine', but i checked with the customer service team after 5 days as hadn't turned up. Was told they hadn't left warehouse yet. Asked for a refund as there was no way they would get there before i left. Was told that couldn't happen and i would have to watch them try to deliver the items three times before eventually getting returned to warehouse as (shock) no one will be there to collect it .

J'ai commandé deux colis et les deux fois ils se sont trompé d'adresse de livraison et les ont envoyés à l'autre bout de la France ! Incapable de me dire pourquoi, je dois maintenant attendre deux mois pour un possible remboursement... Aucun sérieux, à fuir !

I received the shoes in the wrong colour and 2 sizes too big. I've emailed customer service four times and I'm yet to receive a response. The shoes are of poor quality very inferior. No phone contact given for Sydney Australia so I'm unable to call them. Very disappointed as it's the first time I've been scammed. Don't recommend them ever. Please stay away from this seller who is a con artist.
A very disgruntled customer

Poor. Paid for next day delivery on item, it didn’t arrive, had to barter to get the extra 10 pound for next day delivery refunded. Called up after a week after delivery date to ask for items to resent and for a refund, told I need to wait a further week until they could refund as the parcel is t considered lost until there’s been a set amount of no updates from ups. I explained i wanted a refund and no longer want the products as it’s taken so long and they can sort with ups and this was denied until they’re time scale is up. No consideration for the customer. I’d order over 400 pounds worth of clothes. Won’t be doing it again from monki, hand, other stories or cos or any of their other sister brands. Bad joke and poor customer service. Midway through my second half an hour call, most of which I’d been kept on hold for the phone cut off and they didn’t even call back. Awful

Efter at besøge en fysisk butik hvor et par bukser desværre ikke var på lager i ønsket størrelse, fandt jeg dem på deres hjemmeside. Dog skulle jeg betale 350 kr. for bukserne online hvorimod 300 kr. i butikken på trods af ingen havde udsalg.
Jeg kontaktede butikken og derefter kundeservice men kunne ikke få et svar. Sådan var det bare. Da det er til en julegave valgte jeg at se bort fra det og købe online til 50 kr. i merpris.
Nu har modtaget bukserne (hurtig levering) dog har bukserne et priskilt på 300 kr i bukserne. Hvorfor skal jeg betale 50 kr mere for en vare? Virkelig dårlig kundeservice!

Vi tabte noget ud for balkonen og så kom vagterne og tog i os og smed os ud, det var en meget frygtelig oplevelse:(

We never received our different 4 orders (birthday presents for four family members) from four different locations. They were automatically returned without us knowing after 5 weeks. No answer from Monki, impossible to contact (France). Their delivery services are catastrophic. Because one family member really loves the brand, we tried to order again ... and now the order is "delayed". Really perfect :(

Security tag zit nog aan een trui. Contact opgenomen met de klanten service ivm dat ik niet in de buurt van een winkel woon. Helpen je ook niet verder. Zeggen dat ik de trui maar moet opsturen en dan geld terug krijg maar daar geloof ik niets van.

Fick meddelande om att leverans skulle ske inom några dagar. Fick vänta över 2v på mitt paket. Blusen i str 38 var liten som en str 34. Gick till butik för att returnera som nekade returen. Tvingades posta till en kostnad för 40kr (för ett plagg som kostade 250kr ordinarie pris). Mailade kundtjänst, efter 2v ingen återkoppling. Riktigt missnöjd. Kommer aldrig handla på Monki igen.

Ho ordinato dal sito due paia di pantaloni e un paio di sneakers. Il pacco mi è arrivato in perfetto stato in quattro giorni lavorativi. Sono veramente soddisfatta. Sono molto magra e solitamente faccio fatica a trovare pantaloni che mi stiano bene. Ho preso un paio di jeans neri larghi scegliendo la taglia 24 e mi stanno perfettamente. Sono belli da vedere e comodi.
Ho preso poi un paio di pantaloni di cotone dritti a fantasia pied de poule marrone. Anche di questi ho preso la taglia più piccola ed è perfetta. Per le sneakers ho preso il mio solito numero e mi stanno bene.
Tutto molto bello.
I prezzi sono generalmente più alti di quelli delle solite catene di fast fashion, ma penso che per una maggiore qualità e delle taglie realistiche ne valga veramente la pena. Ricomprerò sicuramente da questo sito.
