Customer support is reacting adequate and quickly.
After sending all information immediatly the send new parts to solve the problem.

Monport j’avais vu pas mal de mauvais avis au début. Il ne faut vraiment pas se fier à cela. J’ai commandé une monport 40W co2 j’ai eu quelque problème lors de l’installation. Le SAV a fait un dossier technique pour me répondre et mon proposé de mettre sur un drive les vidéos etc avec tout les test pour résoudre le problème. J’ai contacté le SAV un samedi le lundi j’avais déjà un mail avec les documents à fournir. Le lendemain j’avais déjà eu toutes mes réponses. Je recommande absolument leurs machines marche très bien, mon problème était minime est résolue en 48h.

I recently purchased a laser set up from Monport. The unit is excellent, delivery very speedy and I contacted support for assistance it being my first baby steps into laser engraving. I have been looking for a few months for a fiber laser to compliment my Co2 and diode laser setup. Of all the brands available I kept coming back to the Monport website which carries an array of fiber laser units. With the help of Bella from customer support who was both professional & patient & also very knowledgeable I decided on the GM60 Pro MOPA Fiber Laser with a rotary axis unit. To my astonishment the laser arrived the next day.
There are plenty of unboxing videos for the Monport lasers on YouTube which were very helpful so much so I didn't need to look at the manual!
The manual however came in handy of setting up the laser with Lightburn Pro on my Mac mini.
Total unboxing, assembly (of which there is minimal) and my first test cut was about 15 minutes.
A few jobs later & I can't believe the detail that the laser provides, I am a 66 yr old man & felt like a child with a new toy!
Monport customer services even contacted me the day after delivery to make sure the laser was delivered & that I was happy.
A big Kudos to Monport customer support for their help in helping me choose the right machine for me.

Everything went smooth! Fast service, they answered my questions promptly. The shipping was also very quick!

Bin schon lange auf der Suche nach einem CO2 Laser gewesen, über die sozialen Medien bin ich dann auf Monport gestossen.
Gleich bestellt, kurzfristig geliefert, tolle Verpackung und schnelle Inbetriebnahme. Nach kurzen Problemen und Rücksprache mit dem Support, gab es erste Erfolge. Nun läuft der Laser jeden Tag und ich bin sehr begeistert.
Würde den Monport 45 auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen.

Der Monport Faser ist ein hervorragendes Gerät und ich teste den schon mehrere Tage. Hoch zufrieden und bringt seine Qualität.

Easy purchase and fast delivery. Had to align the mirrors slightly when arrived, but expected. First run off of acrylic, cutting and etching was great. Such an easy machine to use

Die schlechteste Kauferfahrung, die ich je gemacht habe.

Ich habe eine Rotationsachse gekauft, die sich leider als ungeeignet für meine Maschine herausgestellt hat. Da ich mich noch innerhalb der Widerrufsfrist befand, wollte ich den Artikel zurücksenden.

Danach kam die Überraschung:

- 15 % Service-/Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr
- Versandkosten werden abgezogen, obwohl der Versand als kostenlos beworben wird
- Rücksendekosten werden ebenfalls berechnet
- Zusätzlich sollen noch 20 € Prüf-/Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr anfallen

Am Ende wird einem für eine Rückgabe innerhalb der Widerrufsfrist ein erheblicher Teil des Kaufpreises abgezogen.

Rein rechtlich hat man zwar ein Widerrufsrecht, in der Praxis werden die Kosten für die Rückgabe jedoch so hoch angesetzt, dass sich die Rücksendung kaum noch lohnt.

So etwas habe ich bei keinem anderen Unternehmen erlebt. Absolut enttäuschend. Ich werde dort definitiv nicht noch einmal kaufen.

Simply can't thank Monport enough, I had an issue with the small gas struts on my engraver, after verifying my warranty the replacements were here within 10 days , that's better than some items in order here back in the UK , thank you Monport for a 1st class service

Ich habe mir eine Kamera für den Reno 65 gekauft. Im Vorfeld der Bestellung wurde auf alle Fragen sehr gut und schnell eingegangen. Auch unterstützende Viedeos wurden mir im Vorfeld schon bereit gestellt, welche die Kaufentscheidung erleichterten. Der Versand lief Reibungslos.

I purchased the Monport reno 45w (Nonpro) it came in few days well packed. The laser is geat and cuts acrylic with ease.
I had the need to talk to the after sales/technical team and it was a breath of freash air to deal with them, I was dealing with Paul he gets 5 stars along with the machine.
