I was convinced that my problem was taken very seriously.
The answers were very helpful.
The contact person was very friendly.
The response to my messages was quick and extensive.
After extensive correspondence with the employee, my problem was satisfactorily solved.

J'ai commandé en mai 2025 un laser CO2 de 80watts avec une surface de travail de 900mm*600mm pour mon entreprise.
On est plus dans le loisir, on entre dans le semi industriel.
J'ai rencontré quelques soucis à la mise en route et pour faire la mise au point, j'ai eu un soutien technique par Wattsapp avec des techniciens cela était un peu compliqué au début car j'ai eu quelques soucis de santé et cela à pris un peu de temps à la résolution des problèmes.
L'équipe technique et celle du sav à était bien vaillant et on a pû régler tout les problèmes d'ordre technique.
La machine est de très bonne facture avec un bon rapport qualité prix.
Je suis entièrement satisfait de cette machine, j'ai réalisé beaucoup de projets pour mon entreprise avec soins et rapidité.
J'ai apporté quelques modifications comme l'extraction des fumées en mettant en extracteur plus puissant.
Après j'ai amélioré le débit d'air pour la découpe.
Pour conclure après 6 mois d'utilisation, c'est toujours avec plaisir que j'utilise cette machine.
J'envisage en 2026 de commander un laser fibre, si Monport veux une collaboration je veux bien essayer.

I have been using monport Reno 65w pro for a few months now and it’s a great machine, cuts, engraves and moves very well!

The laser itself arrived within a few days. The fume extractor however took way longer due to it being kept at the customs. Eventually, Monport sent me a new one which arrived in a few days. Good customer service and fast response.

There was a little bit of a lead time on the order, but we were kept up to date. We had some issues initially with setting the machine up and then using the machine on the material we intended it for, but the after-sales tech support were great with providing the information and instructions we required and now the machine is working perfectly with the material. Can't fault the customer service we received from start to finish.

I have upgraded my laser cutter to the Reno 65 pro.
It arrived with some small cosmetic damage, i took some pictures and contacted monport and have only received the best service possible.
Fast communication all the way
And the Reno 65 pro works as expected.
Monport deserves all the stars ⭐️

The delivery was fast and the customer service was excellent.

The laser was delivered within four days. The shipping company arrived as promised.

I had a few questions afterward, which were answered quickly and clearly. What I found particularly helpful was the availability of explanatory videos. These were very useful for resolving minor issues.

I will definitely buy another Monport-Laser if needed.

The support team took the time to study the photos and videos I shared with them before sending me the list of parts to be replaced.
They were very responsive.

Die Unterstützung des monport-supports war sehr schnell und versuchte mir zu helfen.
Leider stellt sich heraus, dass das produkt monport laser 45W Pro nicht in der Lage ist, unter lightburn die Rotary, die von monport extra für dieses Maschine verkauft wird, zu untersützen.
Dies hat leider sehr spät auch der Support festgestellt.
Wie gesagt, der Support war sehr bemüht, mir schnell zu helfen. Die Technikabteilung war jedoch erst nach meinen Hinweisen in der Lage zu bestätigen, dass dieser Laser eben nicht die Rotary unterstützen kann; es handelt sich nämlich um ein Topwisdom-Gerät.
Ärgerlich für mich war der unnütze Kauf dieser Rotary.
wie gesagt, der Support hat sich sehr bemüht, leider hält das produkt nicht was es verspricht.

Monport is pro active in supporting me with problems i encountered. They did their best to resolve the issue i had.

Absolut überragender Kundenservice und super Produkte. Ich hatte einen selbst verursachten Schaden an meinem Laser. Der Kundenservice meldete sich umgehend auf meine Anfrage und alle Teile wurden kostenfrei und unkompliziert ausgetauscht. Solch ein Kundenservice ist wirklich unglaublich.

Mein Monport Reno Co2 Laser wurde schon nach 3 Werktagen zugestellt. Einzigster Mangel war ein defektes USB Verbindungskabel. Der Kundensupport reagierte schnell und freundlich und nach einigen Tagen kam ein neues Kabel, welches qualitativ sogar noch besser war als das ursprünglich beigelegte Kabel.

After receiving my Monport Reno 65w Pro. Which arrived well packaged and in A1 condition. After the usual setup, it worked flawlessly for a couple of days then developed a fault. I contacted their customer support at approximately 10pm UK time. By 6.30am the following morning, I had a email from Paul asking a few questions. I emailed their customer support reply and before the end of the day, he had me up and running once again. After a few very helpful emails, including detailed files/photos from him we were able to ascertain the problem, and solve it. After reading and hearing that Monport after sales service wasn’t the best, before purchasing the machine. I was very sceptical about contacting them when needed. I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised and moreover very impressed with the he help and instructions given by Paul from support. A very nice guy and very prompt responses from him. I honestly can’t thank him enough. More than happy with the service.

Ich habe einen 30W Faserlaser gekauft.
Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung lief alles reibungslos.
Als ich zur Einrichtung der Maschine Hilfe benötige, wurde mir sofort weitergeholfen.
Nach mehreren Monaten hatte ich einen Defekt an der Maschine. Hier wurde auf meine Reklamation sofort reagiert und das entsprechende defekte Teil ausgetauscht.
Ich war überrascht, wie viel Zeit sich der Kundenservice hier für den Kunden nimmt.
Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden.
Die Qualität der Lasergravur ist sehr gut. Die Handhabung mit Lightburn ist ebenfalls einfach.

Ordering was straight forward, delivery takes sometime otherwise I'd give them 5 out of 5, in fairness they do tell you that shipping takes a while. Having received my machine, it works as expected and as they described.
I have contacted the company support for some specific information and received replys to my emails within a day, and within an hour in one case.

Very good and firm reply. Product was also delivered in good condition.

I received my 60 watt monport laser after a short wait, it was delivered on time and came extremely well packaged in a wooden crate. I had a problem with alignment and the head crashing into the bed which bent the bolt. Paul from monport was extremely helpful and helped me align my laser aswell as replacing the bolt. It was such a great relief to know someone is there to help no matter how big or small the problem may be. Big shout out for the customer service. THANKYOU 🙏X

Since I was confronted with several issues on my monport reno 45 - it took quite a while to get everything running properly. But
I was completely surprised:
- how fast the service answered
- how they handled videos etc and how fast they analyzed it
- how uncomplicated spare parts where provided
- how well the direct contact to the 2nd level support worked out via WhatsApp
Always polite and professional
Great experience!
Note the main problem was a lightburn-firmware issue. So not caused by monport directly but they solved it anyway.
