The item is a poor fit, and I assumed I could return it as it’s quite an expensive item. Checking the return policy, I find I can’t return it for pretty much any reason at all. Considering the price of the NZ$137 top, it’s very unfair that it’s now in my giveaway pile, and I’m out of pocket. I don’t recommend buying from them.

ABSOLUTELY avoid this company. Purchased and paid for an item online. Received a call the next day to tell me that the "price is wrong" due to "informatic error". They have the item in stock but they won't sell it to me at the price I'd paid despite the fact that they're having a summer sale. Either I pay more or the transaction is canceled. The lady (Natacha) also hung on me. When I called the company back, she argued that she didn't. Contacted Paypal to discuss this odd transaction who agreed that this is absurd and have sent them a warning email. I'm not sure how these guys run their business but it's not only unethical but their customer service is appalling.
