Keine Schweizer Firma, obwohl dies vorgegeben wird (.ch Domain und Berechnung in CHF). Die Ware kommt direkt aus China. Eine Unart!!Sehr lange Lieferzeiten, Telefonsupport nicht erreichbar.

False advertising and awful customer services

Completely Misleading, False advertising.

I am absolutely furious with this purchase. What I received has NOTHING to do with what was advertised. The seller proudly displays a “linen blazer” with beautiful photos and detailed descriptions… yet what arrived is a cheap, synthetic, horrible-looking jacket that doesn’t match the color, the fabric, or the quality in any way.

This is not a small discrepancy — it’s blatant false advertising. The product page shows a textured linen fabric, but the item delivered feels like low‑grade plastic. The color is completely off, the cut looks sloppy, and the overall quality is embarrassing. It’s the kind of bait‑and‑switch you’d expect from a scam website, not a supposedly legitimate seller.

I’ve contacted customer service, but the fact remains: this company knowingly misleads customers with fake photos and inaccurate descriptions. I will not stand for this, and I strongly advise others to avoid ordering anything from them. If this isn’t fraudulent behavior, I don’t know what is.

Ich bin der einziger, der schuldig ist. Ich habe maximale Vertrauen gehabt, die Bewertungen nicht gelesen, bevor ich meinen Kauf gestartet habe. Ich übernehme die Verantwortung für meinen Tat. Aber lasst mich bitte meinen Produkt kurz beschreiben: Herren Sacko aus LEINEN!! Statt Leinensacko ist ein BULLSHIT gekommen. Ich bin 100% sicher, dass das Zeug wasserabweisend ist, habe leider nicht unter der Dusche anprobiert, weil ich den Sacko schon auf Feuer gelegt habe. Irony OFF, doch, dieses Material, woraus mein Sacko besteht, ist in Top 10 schlimmsten Taten gegen der Menschheit. Shiny plastic poor, geht nicht zurück nach China, sondern in die Mülltonne. Der Bundesliga Traineranzug, was ich auf Fasching für 5 CHF bestellt habe hat besseres Material, als dieser....SACKO :D :D :D . Also, danke für nix, behaltet mein Geld sehr geehrte Montanello, und uns sollte Gott vor solche Firmen schützen! Grüsse

Der Sommerblazer sitzt gut, der stoff ist schon leicht. Der Kundenservice hat mir schnell auf meine Frage geantwortet.
