Montbell Australia レビュー

Great help with returning a product and suggestions for another. Very polite & reassuring on phone. Would definitely shop online with the again.

no dramas lol

Great product my family have enjoyed wearing Montebell for many years. Staff are always very kind and helpful. I always enjoy checking to see what the latest products maybe.

Arrived efficiently and product is just what I am looking for.

Well made! Very comfortable. The front zip feels secure and has not jammed yet!

great communication from Sydney team, great product! Better than expected, considering price, super warm permadown - comparable to a non-synthetic jacket imo

I know the brand well, high quality
very happy

The beanie I purchased is superb quality and a great design. My daughter loves it!

prompt service and easy return of item that didnt fit me. thank you

Lets face it, We all want the best equipment we can afford…
Sometimes that means waiting for sales, or ordering from overseas in the off-season..
If you size is available, then jump on it… best materials and thoughtful designs that just work… and at more affordable pricing.

Efficient service from ordering to delivery

V good customer service, also the quality of jacket bought

Quick turnaround. Received what I expected.

The sales staff in the city store is really helpful and spent time to explain the different products. She checked stock and found my size in the other store where I went to get mine.

Good sales service and following up work.

Friendly & attention-to-detail assistance over the phone on several occasions AND super prompt responses via email regarding purchase. Sales assistant staff (City & Chatswood stores) were friendly, sincere, understanding & patient over the phone- provided constructive suggestions & explained options appropriately. Staff were willing to answer questions prior to purchase.
I’m happy & chuffed with the purchase as a gift for my husband. Was highly out of budget, but took the chance. Powder Glide Parka- black colour way looks a treat- handsome & drapes well. (Usually keen on Mammut garments; decided for a change). Staff consistently helpful & responsive even after the purchase. Thank you! Overall experience- gold!

Amazing customer service from Josh at Montbell. I originally ordered a pair of US10 boots, but was mistakenly sent a US10.5 instead. I was somewhat resigned to trying to make the .5 size bigger work as I needed it for an upcoming trip, but I emailed customer service anyways. Josh went above and beyond to check the warehouse for my correct size (which was indeed there, the boots were placed in the wrong box) and sent me the boots in time for my trip, even before I sent the other back so I can try both pairs on for preference. Follow up as was also excellent to ensure it all went well and that I got my preferred size. Thanks!
