In August we do Mansorvar Kailash yatra by Monterosa we were able to successfully complete a wonderful, special spiritual journey with kora walking, including the charan sparash, thanks to the professional guidance of Ganeshji and his staff. Very helpful, caring, friendly. Good hotels and accommodation. The food was also good .I would recommend everyone to do Kailash yatra with Monterosa. You get more for your money.They are very human.Thank you Ganesh j, Hari Ji, Basu Ji , Kamal and the rest of staff.

After lot of research of pilgrim operators, ultimately decided to go with Monterosa and it was right right decision. The Monterosa team was excellent, very professional and cooperative. The travel and food arrangement was very high above standard. Accommodate the needs and requirement of all pilgrims and tracking team always motivate to complete Parikrama. Particularly Ranjan, Hari and Raju were excellent tour guide. Our local Nepal tour, Muktinath, Pokhara, and Janakpur was also well planned by Monterosa I would highly recommend to go for Monterosa.

During our Mansarovar tour 2023,
Your service is great with all courteous polite staff members. They are very well managing timing for scheduled day to day programming with serving continental breakfast, juice, fruits, tea, coffee, hot water, nutrition food during lunch and evening supper. Also, at the end of days, evening time provides masala tea and coffee with fresh chatpata and spicy hot breakfast, like pakodas, upma, and cookies. Overall food services are very good.

Guides - Ranjan, Rajubhai, Hari and Tansen are very smart, intelligent and polite with cense of humor with immediate attached, and taking care of each and everyone for their health and most importantly Oxizen - O2, levels, Check-in everyone's in before going bed and early morning at 4.30am. Also, in some emergency cases, they followed up immediately actions to treat patients at war bases and also checked for periodically their health. So there is no lacking off personal health care by your trained and experienced staff. Also provides timely high altitudes required medication to everyone. And some case medication for Diarra, headaches, fever, and vomiting. I can say that without team work of Ranjan, Rajubhai and Tansen, the trip is not possible!

Hotel accommodation is comfortable looking to the situation and geographic conditions.

* when we did request convert our Mt Kailash and Mana Sarovar tour to Nepal tour he did come back with in two days and executed the plan meticulously by engaging a tourist guide who is well versed with the places / hotels and respecting time.
* we never felt that we are in a foreign country. The tourist guide has taken care of us from the time when we reached Nepal till we left the country. - hence, we did not feel any stress, strain and un-comfortability.

We used Monte Rosa for their Ama Dablam base camp service in spring 2022 for our attempt to climb the mountain. The services were excellent at base camp with an amazing array of food provided for us in a comfortable large tent with charging capacity. The team were really friendly and would always go out of there way to help us out. Highly recommended and one of the best value for money services on the mountain. Would highly recommend and go on an expedition with Monte Rosa again.

In May this year I was with Monterosa on Island Peak, which I summited. My experience was above my expectations, personal care from owner of the company, guide, porter, and climbing Sherpa took very good care of me. I was in really good hands and I highly recommend Monterosa to anyone.

It was good trip. Monterosa people took care of us very well.

Great welcoming staff looking after us at Basecamp, food was stunning, attention to detail setting up comfortable spacious tents, shower facilities, charging for electronics. Nothing was too much effort for this team and always with a smile, whatever time of day. Monterosa made the Kailash - Manasarovar pilgrimage very easy and memorable. They arranged everything from the moment we landed in Nepal, through the entire parikrama and back home. I owe my successful spiritual journey to Mt Kailash to the Monterosa treks . Their response to my many queries from UK to their responsible way of handling everything associated with Kailash trip being visas/ helicopter rides/guides etc etc was very well handled .
Mr Ganesh the proprietor of Monterosa Trekking company came to pick me up from the airport and gave me a car and a guide to do the site seeing in Kathmandu made sure I was with a right group of people to do the Kailash yatra as I came on my own.
I have a mention in particular that when there was a congestion in Simikot with regards to helicopter Mr Ganesh made sure our group were in the last helicopter out of Simikot. I heard so much horror stories about the people who got stuck up there. This shows that with Monterossa we are in good hands. Another particular mention about Mr Ganesh is that he always says things as they are. He doesn't make stories up just to get customers. The guides both Nepali (Ram) and Tibetan (Tensing) and our cook were amazing. They gave up good advise when anyone had high altitude sickness and we knew that the oxygen cylinders close by if need be. All of us from our group did the full parikrama thanks to God, the guides and our amazing fellow travellers.
One negative point is that since we flew upto to Simikot/Hlisa we did not have enough time to acclimatise to the height and we had to struggle a bit with high altitude sickness . I would recommend that the trip is made longer so that the yatris can stay couple days in Manasorovar before they start their trekking to Mt Kailash.
I would DEFINETLY recommend Monterossa Trekking Company as the best company to use for your Kailash Parikrama .

Ganesh ji and his team were amazing. We had a great Nepal and Tibet trip including lake manasarovar North face and parikrama. Throughout the trip we had experienced guides like migma and Raju. We had a great team of cooks the coordination planning and experience was great.

I highly recommend going on an expedition with this company they made our experience full of happy memories.
