The toys were a huge hit with my grandchildren. They ask to play with them every time they come over.

I’ve shopped from montessori toddlers a few times now and it’s always been smooth. Good prices, fast shipping and no drama. Love that.

I bought the toddlers frame for my daughter and she loves putting her artwork inside it. The ordering process was easy and delivery came quicker than expected. Support even helped me change the address last minute which I really appreciated. Overall very happy mom here.

Fast delivery and really friendly support. I emailed about the wrong color and they fixed it the same day which was amazing.

The toddlers frame arrived quickly and was well packed. My parents actually enjoy using it to display the kids drawings which is sweet.

Great range of educational toys you don’t usually find in regular stores. Prices are fair too which makes it even better.

Picked up the toddlers frame for our home and I’m honestly impressed. It looks clean and fits perfectly with our decor. My daughter enjoys swapping her drawings in and out and I like how simple it is to use. Good experience all around.

Avoid this company. Terrible customer service. After 3 weeks of waiting for my order, they cancelled it advising that they ‘logistically’ cannot fulfil my order. I suspect fuel prices have affected shipping and now they don’t want to stand by their free shipping.

Good prices compared to other montessori shops i checked. And the toys actually feel durable, not flimsy.

I must say… I ordered and then read the reviews and was worried sick that I had been scammed. I even tried to get my money back before I had even received it.
I received it today.
I am so pleasantly surprised and very happy with it.
I judged too early.
My experience has been good!
I am very happy with it.
Beyond my expectations which were initially truly low!

I purchased the toddler hand print frame

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of this product and the customer service I have received.
The Perspex arrived with protective film on it, which I did not remove until I was ready to use the product — as most people would. Once removed, it was clear the Perspex was scratched and dented. The outer packaging appeared fine, and there were no instructions or indication that I needed to fully unwrap and inspect every internal piece immediately upon delivery.
If this had been purchased as a gift, it would be completely unacceptable to expect someone to unwrap every internal component just to check for defects beforehand.
When I reached out to customer service, the response showed little understanding or accountability for the issue, which was incredibly frustrating.
It’s also clear from the reviews on your website that I’m not the only customer who has received scratched Perspex — this appears to be an ongoing quality issue.
To be clear, I am not asking for a full replacement kit — only for the damaged inserts to be replaced.
Overall, this experience has been disappointing, and I would not recommend purchasing based on both the product quality and the lack of helpful customer support.

Vilken huvudvärk det här stället har gett mig...
Gjorde mitt första köp 3 feb och fick en ram som saknade upphängningsanordning, som tydligt visas på deras medföljda bild att den ska ha. Mailade dem, får tjaffs och motstånd tillbaka, de erbjöd till slut 10% rabatt som kompensation med de ansåg inte något var fel.
Sen 2 veckor senare svarar en annan person som helt plötsligt helt förstår mitt missnöje när jag sa att jag vill reklamera köpet om de inte kunde skicka ut en ram med fästen för upphängning, då jag inte vill riskera ha sönder ramen om jag monterar det själv.

De skulle skicka en ny sa hon.
4 mars, fortfarande inget paket än. Mailade igen, de skulle skicka på nytt.
24 mars, fortfarande inget paket.
Det hade tydligen blivit något fel vid leverans så de skickade på nytt IGEN för 3e gången. Då dök ramen upp en vecka senare 31/3.

Tyvärr är även denna ram utan upphänging.. Jag fattar inte varför de ens har det i beskrivningen att den ska va redo att hänga upp?? Den andra jag fick först testade jag att hänga över spik, krok och skruv bara över kanten på baksidan, men det glider ju bara av allting.

Helt j***a hopplöst företag!! De rensar ju ALLA negativa recensioner på sin hemsida och ljuger om sitt omdöme, det syns ju här klart och tydligt att folk är jättemissnöjda. Hade sett många dåliga recensioner här m.m. men det var tyvärr först efter beställningen hade lagts... annars hade jag aldrig slösat min energi, tid och mina pengar här. Jag är inte nöjd nu men jag orkar heller inte jaga att få något som var felaktigt från första början så kommer inte begära reklamation eller liknande, det är inte värt mer tid asså.

Det gick 2 månader för att få ytterliggare en produkt som inte uppfyller beskrivningen eller syftet av varför jag köpte den.

The toys that Montessori make are such great quality! Well-made and age appropriate. They are listed on the website according to the age of the child. It is easy for me, as a grandmother, to see the kinds of tasks that are appropriate for my granddaughter’s age. Their communication is fabulous and very sincere: Letting you know when the item is coming and if you were satisfied. This is a company that you can count on for a positive experience!!

I purchased a personalised jigsaw for my granddaughter from an advert on facebook. Very poor quality not at all what I expected from this company and was relatively expensive. The quality was very poor I would not recommend this product

Beautiful products. Easy order/delivery

Like many other customers, I wish I had read the reviews before I made the purchase. I was also led to believe I was buying from Montessori. After three weeks my order arrived. It was packed in two good quality boxes with Montessori printed on them, unlike the three items I purchased which did not have Montessori mentioned at all. I paid £42 for my order for items that would probably be for sale in the pocket money section of a toy shop for a few pounds!! Extremely disappointed.

Terrible delivery, ordered some 16 days ago but sill hasn't arrived despite them stating 7-10 days. Emailed them for an explanation and again despite them stating a reply in 24 hours, 48 hours later nothing. Hopefully the product will be better than the customer service... I can only wait.

Ordered a montessori game as a gift and it was really appreciated. Nice packaging and fast delivery made it easy.
