Ordered the microscope on the 7th of December as a Christmas present for my grandson. The quoted delivery time was 7-10 working days (so two weeks - 21st December latest).
It finally turned up on the 29th.
I've emailed twice, asking how to get a refund but have been completely ignored.
Very disappointed. Obviously will never use this company again.

I ordered a wrist microscope as a stocking filler on 10 December. It has still not been shipped! I have contacted the company twice but have not received a substantive response.

I admit I did buy an A4 toddler display frame from Montessori Toddlers at the end of October 2025 as a Christmas present after reading the delivery time was long, so bought early. When it arrived it was packaged up well and sealed, there was no damage to the packaging, so I wrapped the sealed frame up ready for Christmas. Big mistake, when my daughter got round to opening the sealed frame, the cardboard corners were fine, but inside the frame was cracked through. Didn't realise until the frame was opened that it was also cracked through the other side too, so fell apart. Contacted Montessori Toddlers who said that it had been too long for a replacement or any other recompense. I don't think it's normal to open a sealed item when it is a present, but I will from now on. This frame was obviously damaged before packaging was put on it. I'm so disappointed as I didn't buy a cheap one, I went for Montessori thinking it would be good quality. On reflection, I think it is cheap, poor quality and probably shipped from China. I would say, don't buy from them.

Having been told I couldn't have another frame or a refund as it had been too long I told them I would leave an honest review and not recommend them, they have now offered me a full refund.

The products I received were of very poor quality and were nothing like the photos. They claimed to be a Swedish company. The products are made in China and are over priced. The apparent company, also use the trade name Montessori Generation which has a website.

Beställde produkterna 5.december 2025. Har nu fått konfirmation att posten i Norge har fått besked om en leverans , detta var någon vecka sedan. Så julegave blir bursdags gave (kanske) om jag kan få de inom 2 månader.

This business should be definitely avoided - ordered on the 9th December 2024 and it’s been 8 weeks and no item - they just keep sending an impersonal “ it’s coming” letter over and over - very rude - no back up service - I have lodged a request for a refund and sent a complaint to Fair Trading in Qld - DO NOT BUY HERE - I wish I had read previous reviews as I see over 80% of reviews are one star and I am backing that up - they are not an Australian business -

Do not order from this website! Items delivered are not as in the images on the site and are of very poor quality, I would say very unlikely to be safe for children to use as they seem to come apart and would be a choking hazard. They seem to be counterfeiting items from a legitimate site. All items are being dispatched from China, despite the site saying they are based in Europe. All returns go to Sweden at an enormous cost for postage. They will immediately offer you a partial refund when you complain, so this is already factored in. Items I ordered took well over a month to arrive. I tried to cancel when it was clear they were coming from China and they refused my rights under UK consumer law to do so. I am trying to secure a refund through PayPal currently. Surely if they can offer a partial refund they can pay for return postage when items are not as described and deliveries take weeks longer than advised. Packaging has been poorly translated into English from Chinese and I have no confidence in the safety of these toys. Best to avoid.

Terrible. Takes over a month to arrive and what was delivered was poor quality with missing items. AVOID.

Wish id looked at these reviews before purchasing. What a complete disaster this company is. Taking nearly a month to deliver, not giving returns policy until pressed a lot of times. Product not now needed as it was supposed to be a Xmas present. I'd have to pay to return it to Sweden (yup, you read that correctly). Took a 30% refund and will try to sell the new gift on to recoup some money. If I could give no stars I would have.

Ordered when Christmas delivery was guaranteed, but didn't arrive until January. Was not clear that products are made in and shipped from China. Would not have purchased had this been known. Grandson hugely disappointed and family visit had to be re-scheduled. Product itself had no instructions and not worth the price. Avoid.

Product is kapot bij het uit de verpakking halen. Maar omdat het pas later cadeau is gegeven (meer dan 30 dagen na ontvangst) krijg je alleen 'nee - voorwaarden' terug van een nette mail met een garantievraag.

Koop hier maar niet, slechte kwaliteit en geen service.

I bought the personalised little jigsaw for my grandson for Christmas. I was horrified to hear from my daughter that the little knobs that children hold to put the pieces in place came away from the shaped pieces on first use. Five pieces were affected. These are tiny and are a choking hazard. Really concerned that toys meant for little ones can be so dangerous!

If you are unfortunate enough to buy their products expect a long wait for delivery which will probably involve you having to chase them up and a poor quality product.

I bought 2 busy boards at £22 each. When they eventually arrived they were much smaller than I had anticipated and extremely poor quality and value. I have put them in the bin as I would not trust their safety with children. The instructions say only suitable for 3+ years - so not for toddlers then!

Absolute rubbish. Ordered a music table for a Christmas gift 6th Dec. Arrived 29th from China. £50 for poorly made crap. I reckon it’s worth a fiver from Temu. Trying to return it for refund and been given a random address in Sweden and offered 30% off to keep it. £15 back? I don’t think so! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, it is NOT genuine Montessori.

Horrific. Late, incorrect translation on the boxes and on the play cards. You can tell it’s a really poor translation app they’ve put it into. All China made, cheap and small parts broke off with the initial opening of the wooden toy. Took over a month to arrive.

Ordered at the beginning of December for Christmas and was given notification 2 days later it had been delivered 4 days before my order. Refused to cancel order. Didn't arrive for Christmas and now they are charging me postage from U.K. to Sweden to return it. Do not order from them.

I wish I had checked trustpilot before placing my order as I never would have,
Ordered 2 items on 9th of December for a Christmas present expecting delivery within 7-10 days as advertised.

After tracking information repeatedly not being updated for over 10 days, I emailed to cancel the order. I was told this would be processed , then when I emailed back to check the status of cancellation I was told it could not be cancelled because it had left the warehouse.
Still no tracking update and 20 days on from ordering - no items.

To top it all off, the website does not make it clear these products ship from China, spent nearly double the cost for an item that an identical one was available in Smyth’s for half the price probably because they’re putting the word “Montessori” in front of it.

Avoid at all costs, huge disappointment and still no products even received.

Name boards arrived and the pegs on the letters etc come off immediately and can be swallowed! Extremely dangerous for babies/toddlers!!! Please don’t order from this company. It’s a scam from China not Montessori quality at all!
