All delivered as expected. Runs really quietly, don’t think I’ve heard it make a noise. Have set up my warranty with ease, received follow up phone call with option to extend. Decided to decline as first time I’ve had an integrated fridge/freezer and I really don’t like it. Would never choose one again, having said that they look far nicer in your kitchen of course, but I’d have separate appliances as the fridge is so ridiculously high. I need a little stool to see at the back of the top shelves and it’s not easy to take a large milk (4 pints) out the door as it’s so high you have to lift and pull which affects my arthritic shoulders

The Montpellier chest freezer we bought from Curry’s was delivered on time and by very courteous drivers. However on later inspection the back panel was found to be a little distorted and the instruction book written in a way that made it difficult to understand the controls instructions.
Since being contacted by Becky at Montpellier directly, I was sent a link to a very helpful YouTube video giving full instructions.

I found it difficult to install on my own, it would really take two people.
The main disappointment is the noise, which is exacerbated by the filter. The filter needs to be secured better or at least insulated around the edges, as it vibrates.
It could be better and upon reflection I should have waited and sourced another Siemens, Bosch or NEC. They're more expensive but quieter and probably longer lasting.

The main reason I bought this cooker is that the main oven temperature can be set very high, up to 280°C and that the brackets holding the shelves are not surrounded by catalytic linings, allowing more hot air and steam to circulate around. I thought these two features would be great for baking french baguettes, and indeed my first attempt was a great success.

Had a few cookers over the last few years and had many problems so we decided to go for a Montpelier even though we hadn’t heard of it before

Lovely Fridge and prompt support from customer service

The adhesive of the stickers on the front of the fridge was so sticky I ended up scratching the unit trying to get it off. Nice fridge other than that.

Great small freezer. Perfect for our needs.

Carin in customer services was exceptionally supportive and helpful . I cannot fault her. My main concern was that the two large stickers placed on the top freezer door of the retro fridge freezer were very difficult to remove . Carin sent me a product to help remove the strong adhesive . It took 2 applications to remove all the residue and was an unexpected time waster and inconvenience . All has been resolved now but I could have done without this hassle .

Compact oven, with the added bonus of having an air fryer function.
Cools down quickly which is a plus.
Easy to clean.

We are very pleased with our new oven.
However, it was disappointing to find that the grill pan came without a steel barred grill rack.

Excellent design of cooker.Easy to follow instructions on use. Looks elegant & are sure that it enhances my kitchen

My oven seems to have a fault. As it had just fallen outside of its warranty I was offered no help. There were no solutions to my issue I was turned away saying nothing could be done. Now I have to resort to buying a whole new oven just 2yrs after purchase. Will not be buying a Montpellier one.

The dryer is efficient and smart looking, it is however a little noisy.

The appliance arrived at the slotted time and the lads who delivered it were very helpful and made sure that the appliance was in good condition for me.
