CAR TRAILER COVER - I enquired about my replacement car trailer cover for my BrenderUp Trailer, sending Montrose Rope & Sail Company Ltd the trailer dimensions. The trailer cover arrived and it was a perfect fit, complete with eyelets and chord for securing the cover to the trailer. Great customer service and super trailer cover quality.

Right from the beginning everything was done professionally with a friendly and helpful manner.

Asked for a quote and was given promptly and upon placing the order i was updated regularly to the point of delivery.

Highly recommended. Great material, will last years, stitching quality is excellent and great modifications on the original product that makes it work better.
Made well in the time quoted and now we have tested this product on a tour down to southern Italy and back stood up well to torrential rain and +40deg sun and UV.

The quality and workmanship of the product is very good. The order arrived ahead of schedule and we were well informed of delivery dates.

Our initial enquiry for an outdoor furniture cover was dealt with promptly and efficiently by Peter. Thankfully he queried my initial sizes when he saw the photo. The made to measure cover arrived promptly and fits beautifully. It is of very good quality and will protect our table and chairs from the changeable Scottish weather.

We contacted Montrose Rope & Sail to enquire about making a cover for our garden furniture. From the initial contact they came across as very professional, always promptly responding to our emails and letting us know what information they required. They asked for photos to check that they had everything they needed to design & make a custom cover, so that gave us confidence they knew exactly what they were dealing with. Indeed other companies we were considering were quickly dismissed as they didn’t just didn’t seem to be on the same level (or anywhere close)

Peter answered all of our queries and came up with the design which we agreed worked best for our furniture. We were also sent fabric samples, in fact nothing seemed too much trouble.

We placed our order and our cover was dispatched sooner than we expected. We are delighted with both the quality and fit, the workmanship seems 1st class.

We wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending Montrose Rope and Sail based upon our experience and we will definitely use them again.

I contacted rope and sail to have a cover made for my garden furniture. They were so helpful and explained really clearly what information they needed. I was able to go into the office to have a look at the different materials they had quoted me so I knew what I was getting.

The cover fits the furniture so well… the material seems very strong and workmanship is spot on. I’m very much hoping this will last a lot longer than the poor efforts I’ve had from other places which usually last a few months.

Communication was great and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!
