I would like to give MontysGuitars 6 stars i could. Top notch work! These folks know what they are doing when it comes to guitars. I recently purchased a set of Space Time Continuum Picks for a strat of mine. They came in in a decent time, great packaging, love the decals! Had my luthier put them in a MIM strat that i wanted to supe up some since mainly my others are custom shop guitars I wanted the MIM to have a spectacular set of pickups. Well they did not disappoint at all. These pickups are the best even better than some custom shop pickups I’ve listened to. The bridge pickup is killer! I’m normally a neck pickup player but when I pick up the stray with the Monty’s STC pickups i find myself going straight to the bridge pickup lol all of the other selections are great to. Phenomenal job Monty’s I’m speechless. I will do more business with you!

Helpful communication, quick service, personalised packaging is a nice touch, plus the product is extremely good. Buying pickups from a site with only tiny clips, descriptions and reviews to base your decision on can be a gamble, extremely pleased with my decision to choose Montys

I can’t speak for the product itself as this is a Christmas present. However the product unfortunately arrived damaged due to the delivery person shoving it through my letterbox. I emailed Monty’s with pictures and explained the situation, they replied quickly to say that this will be replaced.
Really happy with the customer service, especially as this was not technically their fault. Thank you ☺️

I purchased a Monty's '54 P90 for my Epiphone Coronet. It's great because it doesn't have the caricatured mid-range heavy P-90 sound. It is exactly what the description says"impressively touch responsive, with full, airy mids and plenty of bite." Part of the reason for the touch-sensitivity and airiness I presume is because it's unpotted. But it is a versatile pickup, which I appreciate because the Coronet is a one pickup guitar. How good the pickup is didn't hit me until I recently put a set Lollar '50s P-90 in my Epiphone Les Paul Special. Lollar advertises it as "bright, percussive tone with plenty of cut" with "more emphasis on the top end." But if you compare the sound of the two pickups, the results are very different. I find Lollar bridge P-90 overly bright, and strange for a P-90, to the point of strident with very little "airiness." Now Lollar makes really high-quality pickups, but it just didn't match the sound in my head like the Monty's '54 P-90 did. The Monty's is not a trick pony. Now I guess I have to sell the Lollar to buy a Monty's P-90 for the Special.

Great communication and just great pickups. Monty’s PAF pickups are the best I have tried over the years. Consistent and never disappoint. My favorite set are the overspun PAFs. Just the best!!!

The loom came with the tone wires solderd in reverse order , according to the schematic card.. Luckily I wa able to see the error,and repair it ... Afterwards, I totally love the Build quality,wire ,compositor,and Pots... Really improved the sound of my Stratocaster...

Not only is the product great. Were able to advise me on knobs that would work with it as well as additional assistance.

Took a couple of days more than my spoiled self is used to with the likes of Amazon for the Instrument Food but I'm pleased to say it was 100% worth it. It works amazingly well on fretboards as you might expect but if you're refinishing a neck (I like to use the Music Man method but with Danish Oil and then a wax) it's wonderful and leaves you with a gorgeous "barely finished" feel that stays smooth longer.

STC pickups with treble bleed loom is unbelievable. Loaded in a swamp ash MGT Strat body I’m getting unbelievable rich tone, hollow and haunting, yet warm. Playing through a twin reverb 65. Very happy with this set up.

I ordered a set of these and a wiring harness from Monty's a few months ago, and installed them in a maple-necked Strat that plays well but wasn't getting much airtime due to uninspiring tone. I also replaced the second tone pot with a Rothstein midrange cut and rewired the middle pot to control all three pickups.

The guitar is now my new favourite. Pickups are extraordinary, especially the neck and split positions. They are exceedingly articulate and respond perfectly to finger-style playing, Knopfler or otherwise. The Rothstein tone control adds another dimension and is a great complement to these excellent pickups.

Delivery to Australia was quick and the items came in very nice packaging. 10/10 - thanks.
