which didnât fit the size was too big and when I received the dress I was disappointed with the fabric and cheaply made. So I returned it to them for a refund. Realised that I had to send it back to China thinking also it was from Melbourne Australia like many other reviews,now the dress in customs in China which they want another fee to release the dress. This has been going on since November 2025 this company is a scam. I might as well kiss my money goodbye because I know Iâm not going to receive that back nor the dress now.Do not buy from this company at all.

Everything went wrong. Garment was not as described. Had to keep on asking them for their return address which sadly was in China. Sent it back and got to customs in China in December 2025. Apparently it is still there which I donât understand why. Mood Melbourne have pictures and all the details of the returned package. They refuse to call customs even though I have given them the phone number and extension with my Post Office gave me. I canât speak Chinese so I canât call. There has been at least 100 emails exchanged with them and they just go around in circles. First email says for me to contact customs and then we had loads of emails saying they are committed to solving this and then all of a sudden I get an email back to square one saying for me to contact customs. They are shonky, the product was nothing like I ordered and I am sure I am emailing a bot. They are the worst company ever and avoid at all costs. I wouldnât give them a one star rating but that was all I could do.

They advertise they are a Melbourne company but if you have to return your parcel has to be sent to China and it never gets there. Customer Service is just a repeated message every time obviously AI generated and just goes round and round in circles. I received my order in December and sent it back a few days later and have still not received a refund. Apparently the parcel I sent costing me $38 is stuck in customs and has been for 3 months

They have been unhelpful, repetitive, and refuse to take responsibility unless I pay to ship it again.

A Chinese based fashion company that is actually located in Hon Kong NOT as advertised on their website as MELBOURNE. Their address is noted as in Melbourne. All BS
Their online catalogue had a lot of classy looking items and beautiful European models wearing their clothes. The reality was the expensive leather looking jackets (x 2) did not have any description reâleatherâ but the price was not cheap and believed them to be leather but in the catalogue, there was no fabric description. They were a quality of a plastic raincoat, cheap and nasty. Not the value youâd except at the price it actually cost. I emailed them I wanted a refund (they have a GUARRANTEED refund policy on their websitse but they emailed me a form to fill and send to their OFFICE IN HONG KONG with the jackets at MY POSTAL expense. PayPal: they ruled in my favour of my 1st order re jackets (photos suppled) Unfortuanately I placed a 2nd order days after placing the 1st order (the jackets) and the courier left my package on THE LETTERBOX WALL of my apartment building. (Courier took a photo of where they left it!) Someone walking along the footpath must have taken it as I never received it. MOODMelbourne would not take responsibility for the courier companyâs lack of due diligence and they refused to replace my order that was $230. Applied for financial resolution from PayPal (again) sending the damming photographic evidence along with my explanation of the failure to deliver onto our building premises. PayPal sided with MOODMelbourne refusal to refund the $230 offering MOODM to resend order âŠ.. I have now taken it up with my personal bank to look into my story and that photo! Still waiting for a positive reversal from PayPal.

Very poor quality of material in dresses, sizing chart not at all reliable. I say this business is a SCAM, I returned my parcel to China at a cost of $25 only to be told its held up in customs in China and it was my responsibility to chase it up. They do not refund unless they receive the product back, so held up in customs doesn't count as returned, and therefore no refund. They offered to give me a $40 refund and I keep the dresses, which don't fit, "oh you can give them to a friend who's a smaller size" Never again!!!

The shoes I returned are apparently still in customs in China since October (4 months) no refund & paid postage to return them to China. They have dealt with numerous complaints and unhappy customers because their product quality is poor, sizing is wrong and they are deceitful with the product details, photos and listings on their website. All items are completely different to what is portrayed. Avoid the scum!
Australian consumer online law states that once return is lodged and item posted as requested to the sellers preferred address it becomes the responsibility of the seller.
Next step Iâm doing a credit card dispute and will lodge an official complaint with the international online fraud people.

I bought boots from this store an assuming they were from Melbourne, the boots arrived from China and were very poorly made with extra flaps of fake leather showing. The boots also did not fit even though I bought a size up from euro 37 that I normally wear. I purchased a 38 and they were still too small. When I talked to the store about returning the boots they tried their spiel of âoh you just keep the boots and we will just refund you 10%â. I did not want 10% refund. I wanted a full refund as the boots were so poorly made and didnât look anything like the picture advertised. I had to pay nearly $30 postage to send back to China. When I sent them the tracking their customer service replied with âoh we cannot refund you until the boots are in our storeâ. The boot sat in China for three months not going anywhere. I had no tracking at this stage because the boots have been handed over from Australia Post to the Chinese equivalent. Lo and behold the boots were returned to me. Upon emailing for the 15th time the customer service said they still cannot do anything because I do not have the tracking details or am able to give an explanation as to why the boots are returned. This company is a huge scamming operation. They will not give you your money back if you have an issue with them, they are literally there to take your money. Their customer service just runs everything through AI or ChatGPT because they give you the same flowery customer service spiel back every time I come with them with a legitimate complaint. I think they actually gave me a incorrect address so that they would not have to actually give me my money back, or simply refuse to accept any returns . So even though I did the right thing in posting back to China, they either gave an example correct address or refused to receive the boots. They WILL NOT REFUND anyone. Stay away.
