Do not order , I ordered in August, still no package.,....It's Feb now

Chinese scam even though it says 'based in Melbourne, Australia'. I ordered on the 11th of August 2025, and product has still not arrived, of January 2026. I have emailed them on several occasions and demanded a refund and they avoid it at all costs, specifically someone named 'Ching'. If anyone is successful in getting the refund from their bank please let me know as $120 is better in my bank than theirs. This has made me furious. Please do not use this business, even though I believe they are no longer an online presence. Absolutely disgusting and let me upset.

This company makes out they are in Melbourne, but are based in China. I ordered a "vintage dress," for an event which was late. When it finally came it bore no resemblance to the picture. It was far too big, see through, badly finished and looked like an old Granny's nightie. I wouldn't have worn it if you paid me. I tried to return it, but the address they gave me was fake, so I paid $76 for the dress and $20 dollars for postage to return it only for it to arrive back in the mail. Do not trust this company.

This company is 100% a scam operation i placed and order 5 months ago and have never received my order i have since asked for a refund and nothing so do not use this company it is definitely not based in Melbourne like they claim its some rip off pricks from China somewhere

This place is a SCAM! Stay away!!! They took my money and never delivered my dress!

Like many on this site, ordered a jumper in September. Website said 15 to 20 business days ETA. Well passed. Email follow up gets a reply from 'Ching' to say they are actively in touch with shipping agent. Then apparently Moores is closing. Not to write emails to them or I will be put lower on their list. Info received on 17 Oct that shipping info received....supposedly in China waiting to be sent to me. Tracking stuck on 'Processing'. I think I have blown my $. Will change my credit card number and join the group of other scammed customers.

I ordered a dress in August, my dress never arrived after 20+ follow up emails and asking for a refund. Only the other day did I see they had “closed down” their shop so I have no way of getting my dress or my money back. Very disappointed!!!

I would give them zero stars your purchase doesn’t actually arrive so not buy from them I had to get my money back through my bank

Moore Melbourne is a Chinese scam. They took my money never sent the pants and didn’t refund me. Don’t buy from them under any circumstances

The hoodies that arrived were poorly sewn, with literally lopsided seams. Looks like a seven year old put them together.

What a complete scam, their website is very misleading and gives you the impression that they are based in Melbourne Australia and they’re actually based in China. I ordered Address six months ago and it only just arrived today which is five months later. They also owe me a refund which I’ve never received.

I wish I checked these reviews before ordering. "Moore Melbourne" is a scam. I ordered 24th September and only after reaching out to PayPal and receiving a refund through PayPal did the dress magically arrive on November 6th.
Just don't order through them, plain and simple.

Its a scam. No goods. Follow up with consumer affairs Victoria and credit card provider to get my money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

Endless chasing as order not received, advised to initiate refund they must receive returned goods in warehouse. Pretty hard to send back something they never sent to me. Claims Melbourne location but is based in China

Numerous emails to ‘Chin’ just saying can’t offer a refund at this time with no explanation as to why

How does the UK report a Chinese company? They are literally stealing our money

Also they are reselling SHIEN stuff
I paid about £46 for an outfit only for the exact garment pop up in SHIEN for about £12 pound

Has anybody ever received anything from these fraudsters?
