Unverschämt, da als kostenlos beworbene Spiele, bei denen man nur weiter kommt, wenn man im Laufe der Spiele kostenpflichtige Sachen dazu kauft. Betrug!

L'Algorithme vous prend beaucoup plus que vous ne gagnez. De 150 000 000 000 que j'ai accumulé en 3 ans, je suis passé en 4 jours seulement à 16 milliards. Depuis plus d'un mois, il est impossible de dépasser 21 000 000 000, on retombe aussitôt à 16. Il y a aussi la roue, avant on pouvait avoir 450 ou 550 millions de temps en temps. Aujourd'hui rien, juste 7 ou 14 millions et ça ne va pas plus haut. Votre algorithme a pété un plomb, je vais abandonner avec regret ce jeu.

Null Kompetenz vom Service. Löschung des Kontos nicht möglich. Beschreibung die sie einem geben für benötigte Daten passt überhaupt nicht. Wenn sie das nicht bekommen keine Löschung. Nach Einreichung der Daten die ich auf eigenem Weg gefunden habe meldet sich wieder keiner was vorher ganz schnell ging. Bloß nie wieder!!!! Über den Button Löschung des Kontos im Spiel selbst ist nach mindestens 6 mal betätigen nichts passiert. Gemeldet hat sich darauf hin bis heute keiner.

I just received an email that the game I purchased the items for has ended, but to make up for it, they sent me, get this...500 spins. What a joke! No refund or anything.
I think it's time another lawsuit is brought against them!

I made a purchase and never received my items. I have emailed them several times and the only response I get is the automatic reply that they received my message.
I have also had several problems in the game like my character going to sleep long before the time is up, getting notifications that I earned a reward, but there is nothing there and many other issues.
I wish I could get back all the money I put into this dumb game.
The only reason I started playing to begin with was to earn rewards on a different app for reaching certain levels.
I want them to respond so that I can finally delete this game.
They make way too much money off of us for them to treat their customers like trash.
They make over $16 million a WEEK!

I would give this Money loving company zero stars if I could. There games are starting to be more about money rather then there customers, the game has got worse. There making sure that you do not advance just to have you spend money. BEWARE the more money you spend the harder they make game play for you. Be very careful because I am not sure who is behind the emails, but because I complained they BLOCKED MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND MARKED IT AS INVALID. They could care less about customer complaints as I said and mine are all valid, they were just complaints that there employees whom get paid to address did not want to hear. With that being said be very mindful of Coin Master it should be renamed to Money Master because that is all this company cares about. I have tons of receipts and can prove with my recordings of game play. If they permanently decide to discriminate and block me permanently out of pure truth and evil it’ll save me tons of money for playing a game that don’t care enough for you investigate your claims and just block you for asking questions after you have spent tons of money, they try to make you out to be a villain.If you ask me the FTC needs to start investigating!!!!!!

This is by far the worst costumer service I have ever recieved. After waiting an extremely long time for any type of response, I finally recieved a generic message that offered absolutely no solution to my issue. I spent a ton of time and energy on completing an island and due to a glitch on there side, I was unable to collect my rewards. They are unsympathetic to that issue even though the fault is entirely there own. I am leary to move forward with the game and will definitely never spend any more real money on it. How can you be certain this won't happen again? Glitches and mistakes happen but I would expect them to make it right when they do. It should not be at the cost of the consumer.

Man verliert auf Dauer sehr viel Geld, das ist nicht gesund.
Ich habe lange Coin Master gespielt und viel Geld dabei verzockt, man kauft immer wieder für kleine Beträge und verliert den Überblick, ich kann nur jedem raten seinen Account zu löschen und sich ggf. Hilfe zu holen.
Ich habe jetzt die Reißleine gezogen und versuche mir das Geld wieder zu holen

To start off with Everyone is right 👍 that this company Moon Active who are affiliated with Coin Master are fraudulent ripoffs. I've been playing this game for 6 months now and it has taken me that long to get to village 169 which I have not completed yet because constant attacks on my village. It's hard to complete a village when people keep destroying it and you have no spins to get shields. I still have 15 open albums I cannot complete because no matter how many chest you buy there always the same cards. I have 3 active posts open for discussion on the main Coin Master website if you would like to comment. There was only 1 person that didn't agree and tried to say she did not buy any packages which we all know is bull. Your not just going to get 100,000 spins without buying packages. So for the last 2 months the game constantly kicks me off when I win a main event for spins or whatever, and as soon as I win im kicked off the game and takes me forever to get back on and by that time I've lost all of my coins because people raided like crazy so there goes the spins I used to win those coins. In the last 2 months I have been cheated out of over 100,000 spins, over 50 billion coins, 600 Gems, 2 chests for the 2nd World Travels Album, 5 spins for the Thor Wheel, 5 keys, A Joker Card and 2 Diamond Cards. All of this I won fair and square on the main events and special events and I have contacted Customer Support with Coin Master over 100 times about each individual incident and they have only responded 2 times and only gave me 2000 Apology Spins. That is no where near what I won and was cheated out of. I threatened to call the Better Business Bureau and file a CLASS ACTION Lawsuit against them so they won't respond so i need backing on this through the official Coin Master website you will see my posts. I'm angry because in the beginning I bought around $150 worth of packages to help me along, but I'm disabled on oxygen 24/7 and only get SSI which is less than $1000 a month and by the time I pay my bills I'm broke, so i cannot afford to buy packages anymore. All I want is for them to give me what I won and earned that was taken when the game shutdown and kicked me off each time I won. Which now is 10 separate winning dates that I have contacted them about atleast 20 per incident and still messaging them because I'm very angry. They need to stop cheating people and give them what they rightfully won or in some peoples cases what they purchased. If I do not receive what I won which I clearly stated in this review I'm seriously thinking about a Class Action Lawsuit but need people to back me. I need no less than 50 people backing me up and want more than 100 people. Go To the main Coin Master website that gives you petty little Free Spins everyday when they should be giving thousands of free spins a day. These incidents happen on August 3rd,4th,19, and 29th and September 2nd, 8th, 9th, 10th and today the 11th. And as for being kicked off the game it happens every single day no less than 10 times a day. Has been happening for atleast 3 months now.

This is a dishonest company that aggressively spams you with pop ups during play, offering you misleading deals that don't actually exist.
Their customer service will react deliberately obtuse when you contact them to frustrate you into going away.
I am not only going to delete this game, I am also demanding my data is removed from their servers as I find then that untrustworthy.

I purchased gems from them and when I was playing the game another of their aggressive selling pop ups appeared right where I was pressing spin and I couldn't stop in time to make a purchase for gems for something that did not exist.
The purchase was to continue a win streak in an event. An event I wasn't doing, so I didn't actually have a win streak being on the lowest possible level. Why would they even try to sell something that does not exist (the win streak) with aggressive pop ups?
Simple answer they are dishonest cheats who will spam you with fake offers to cheat you out of your purchases.

Same as most other experiences listed here. You can spend a fortune playing this. It takes real $ to win at this game. Goal can be within 20,000 spins of 125,000 to get say 200,000 free spins and what happens? They reset the game and you have to start over. I have purchased maybe as many as 2400 cards at one sitting and get 1 or 2 new cards that seldom complete a set. Far to much cost for so little reward. 3/1/24 to 8/1/24. No longer playing.

I am being honest they have been scamming me for about a year now every time I buy coins I can never win what I need to win because they're always putting up fights and challenges of what you're trying to spend for you're going to stop you from spending and they'll out beat the spinning or what you're spending are to keep you from getting it so that way you can spend more money my last adventure with them was I started getting cards I already had for grand prizes you don't get it a card that you don't need or give a card that you don't need for a grand prize grand prizes are supposed to be something special if not special if you've already got the card and all they're doing is placating it by saying all it was for a gold theme or a silver a diamond theme no feel supposed to be something that you're not supposed to have I could have had sex done that never got done because oh they was always scamming me I even got the emails that there was placating saying those exact words that it was either a gold or or diamond thing.

Dieses Spiel ist anfangs interessant, es macht Spass. Ich bin bis Dorf 323 gekommen. Ich habe nie Geld dafür bezahlt.

Es ist unfair: je mehr du hast, um so mehr nehmen sie dir.
Der Spielspass geht irgendwie gegen Null im Laufe der Zeit. Dafür scheint das Spiel auch nicht gemacht zu sein....es versucht einen immer nur zum kaufen zu drängen.

Bad people supporting other bad people

Am on level 71 of family island, have repeatedly complained to support that we cant fill merchant orders to get keys because resources needed are no where to be found on any open island. These resources are the most commonly used ones. I have spent quite a bit and expect them to be there. Without them i dont get to complete adventures or complete daily tasks which all supply energy. This is no coincidance or it wouldnt keep happening, which means it is corrupt, and practices unfair game play.

Sehr mangelhafter verlogener Support nicht zu emfehlen. mit 475 Edelsteinen die Truhe mit Fragezeichen gekauft, in der Kaufabwicklung ist das Spiel Coin Master komplett abgestürzt, so das ein kompletter Neustart des Handys und des Spiels erforderlich war. Die gekaufte Truhe habe ich dennoch nicht erhalten. Laut Mason vom Support Team wurden nur 180 Edelsteine abgezogen, obwohl ich 475 Edelsteine abgezogen bekommen habe, und auch einen Screenshot das Shops mitgesendet habe. nach 6 Nachrichten nur Falschaussagen des Supports erhalten. So geht man nicht mit seinen Kunden um. Der Support ist absolut mangelhaft und nicht zu emfehlen.
