Disgraceful scammers have creamed £1k from bank account in dribs and drabs having made c.£30 of in-app purchases over a year

Moonactive is by far the worst game ever created. Literally run by the worst executives on the planet. They want nothing more then to rob you and discriminate. They also pray on the sick, vulnerable and poor. Thinking it's a joke. I could spend $10 and play for 1 min. Anyone who works for a company like Moon Active is just as slimy and a piece of s***! Go F*** yourself and learn what's ethical. If I could put 0 stars I would.

If you did a payment with masterdcard make a claim, it's the only way to get them in trouble because if they don't answer on the claim, masterdcard can block their payments for limited time.

Moon Active: It's simple...these people have no shame, don't take my word for it, the 'game' speaks for itself during play how it's rigged to easily rip the players off, rigged in favour of the house, in addition to real monetary theft of game players...not cool.
Bottomline: Unless you're prepared to spend thousands of dollars a month (American dollars) don't bother and even then good luck getting a rare card.
Like I said...they have no shame.
Seriously, find something better to do with your time...stick with games that promote abstract thinking, not this crap.

I’ve been playing coin master well over 5 yrs!! I’ve spent soooo much money on this game it’s ridiculous!! The game coincidentally has so many technicalities the closer you get to winning so much or the more you spend. The more I spend the more I lose!! Every time I complain, they always tell me I’m wrong! Today was the worst!! I purchased the golden pass for $20 and did not receive anything except for the 250% boost which did me no good without any spins!! I reached out to support atleast 5 times only for someone to respond 4 hours later and tell me that they looked into it and I was rewarded everything that came with the pass! I know for a fact that’s incorrect as I have about an hr of playing and purchasing SCREEN RECORDED!!! I’m so pissed and the more I read these horrible reviews the more pissed I get!!!

I keep loosing spins every time I get 3 hammers in coin master. I loose over half of the spins. I'm not buying anything from you because of this. I pay for the spins and over half are gone when I spin and get the 3 hammers. I'm not the only one. Quite a few people have lost spins and posted this issue on Facebook. Why is this happening? Can you help me with this? I've only read really bad reviews on it. This is no way to treat customers. It has glitches and needs to be fixed. If you care about the customers at all, you would fix these problems. I am spreading the word about this. But I'd rather YOU WOULD fix the problems!

This company doesn't care about its consumers. An error happened in coin master and I've been trying to get compensated. They keep telling me that they have "systems" to verify claims. They keep telling me I'm wrong and WILL NOT give any help. This is NOT how you treat consumers of your product.

Yes coin master was good game but the glitches and the fact that you lose rewards,spins,and purchases is very poor but not being nasty the company is based in Israel but does not honour the true ideally ethics of honour and trust and of course the company does not honour international laws they are laughing all the way to the bank degusting I will always support the ideally people but their companies should at least try to be honourable and honest

I play Family Island yes I purchased a few times in order to play the game. It’s very addictive. But I’ve been noticing I’m getting charged double if not more for the items I purchased. I contacted them and ask for a copy of my data. They ask for a screenshot of my player name a screenshot of my purchases. Well if I done that they would know exactly how many times they slipped extra items on me. So they will not send me a copy of my data.

Coin master glitches!! The in game performance is fun but it’s based on purchases made by the consumer, but it doesn’t honour the mystery chests that only can be done by purchasing inapp Purchased gifts. Moonactive took over $100 on this particular day and because it was a Gift card,It can’t be traced. How do you prove it didn’t apply the according purchase rewards. Apple/ITunes and MOON ACTIVE
DOES NOT honour their innapp purchases. I’d call that a scam and fraudulent

Belohnung wurden so minimiert das ein Spielen ohne Geld nicht lohnt. Man zielt nur noch knallhart auf die Geldbeutel der Spieler ab.
Man investiert mehr an Ingame Ressourcen, als man kriegt. Denke darüber nach auf zu hören. Diese Firma sind kriminelle Abzocker,und gehören verklagt.

Game is great a lot of fun very expensive buy ins and not a lot of cards that you actually need and then got a technical issue on screen and could not play my 6500 spins they always tell to reload the app which I have done and now they are all gone and customer service is not very quick at responding

C’est sur le jeu COIN MASTER, au début je pensais être sur un jeu de divertissement.
Mais je voyais quand on arrivait dans l’évènement, le jeu se modifiait, à ne plus mettre de symbole, il y a trois sorte de points à recevoir pour avancer un minimum, moyen et maximum.
Les points maximums il n’y en avait plus, je le confirme car j’ai écrit à l’assistance, et la réponse :
« Vous n’avez pas besoin des points maximums pour avancer », alors pourquoi le stipuler dans leur jeu ? Est-ce que ce n’est pas de la triche.
Et ce justifier après qu’il ne pouvait intervenir dans mon jeu, car je trichais, je leur ai posé la question ils n’ont pas pu me répondre.
Pour les cartes, ils ont mis un système que les nouveaux joueurs ne reçoivent pas de nouvelles cartes,
Soit ils achètent sur le net, vente effectuer par les VIP, soit échangent entre amis qui ramènent d’autre joueurs pour recevoir des tours (c’est une utilisation des joueurs pour faire le commercial).
Des bannières d’achat qui prend toute la partie gauche de l’écran et toute une page de vente. Quand vous n’avez plus de tours ses bannières s’ouvrent automatiquement pour vous inciter à acheter.
Jeu du hasard ou il y a des VIP qui achètent leur entrée (ce n’est pas un jeu de mérite parce qu’on est un bon joueur mais plutôt l’inverse), pour bénéficier des achats autre que dans le jeu. Et la règle de jeu diffère de celui qui n’achète pas.
Un jeu ou l’algorithme est fait que si vous avez un certain nombre de pièces, il faut que coin master vous dépouille. Si vous avez un certain nombre de tours, vous entées dans une catégorie d’évènement ou vous devez acheter pour le terminer. Mais tout ça pas pour les VIP.
Tout est fait pour que nos utilisons la carte bancaire.
Depuis 2021 un sondage apparait en plein écran dans le jeu « aimez-vous COIN MASTER ? »
Est-ce qu’ils ont des difficultés avec des joueurs et être rassurer ? Car j’ai entendu dire qu’un collectif américain existe, j’espéré pouvoir les aidés.

Gioco ormai diventato impossibile giocare non lo consiglio a nessuna le ruote bonus ..sempre per2 le pappe per animaletti ormai non li danno più i tris per avanzamento barra escono 1 ogni 200 giri..proprio uno schifo in tutti i sensi dalle missioni ai tornei gli operatori rispondono sempre con le stesse bugie....praticamente..un gioco da truffatori....

Never known a free game penalise their players the way this lot do with coinmaster. I rarely leave reviews but I am astounded. Honestly their tactics of changing the game when they see players make progress isnt even subtle but people still plough their money into their game trying to get somewhere. I was playing 15 mins (I will not buy pet food) and during that time the slots betting increments changed! They aren't licenced as a casino as there is no monetary reward for players but its just like a slot machine game but without the regulation.It starts as a fun game experience but then as you make progress it becomes not just difficult as you would expect but near impossible to get anywhere unless you flash the cash. The game is full of ads to purchase so you can see its all about the money. Its no wonder they don't claim the company on trust pilot. There is an amazing on line community but all the game friends I have made are fed up. The company is greedy beyond belief. Play only for fun - don't take it seriously - you reach a point where you can't get anywhere without spending real money and that is the time to walk away.

Il serait grand temps que vous écoutez les joueurs de my café qui se cassent la tête à écrire des suggestions dans les groupes Facebook. Vous en avez rien à cirer de nous tous , vous pensez qu à l argent et ça c est bien dommage . De plus ,faire du aléatoire dans ce jeu c est d un ridicule et pas équitable vu qu on se bat en festival contre d autre équipe, qui, peut être eux on différent de nous !!!! Écoutez vos joueurs bordel vous avez une pépite dans vos mains ne gâcher pas tout. Et ce que je peux dire c est que Melstof avait plus de respect pour nous que vous Moon active. Honteux ce que vous faites . Vous nous avez arnaqué aussi il y a quelques mois avec le cadeau or et rouge lorsqu on avait fini la 30eme commande ( même pas arnaqué, vous nous avez volé notre dû !!!) Je vais donné ce lien à tout les joueurs que je connais puisque sur les groupes vous vous en foutez . N oublier pas une chose c est grâce à nous que le jeu en est là !!!! Alors ayez un peu plus de considération pour nous . Merci d avance .
