Im really disappointed I've had this vacuum cleaner for less than a year having jetisoned my old Henry Hoover-big mistske! The suction is at best mediocre, I have to hoover and re hoover the same spot to get it marginally cean. The hoover piper clogs, I have to get a sink unblocking tool to unclog it, the debris doesn't filter through to the chamber you empty, it just clogs the pipe instead. I find it incredibly hard to separate each section to swap it from an upright to a hand held. Oh and a mechanism has snapped off the main pipe that allows the pipe to bend to get into those 'hard to reach spaces', so is now held together with sellotape. The vacuum cleaner has been an awesome disappointment, especially at £180. I've e mailed the Moonpod 'support' several times, they never l, ever bothered to respond.

Its a scam. I was tricked to buy it through a website wich referred to a fake test. Too little power and too little battery.

Broke after 9 months company want 100$ for part and now won't return email. 9 months of use is crazy rubbish

I have now owned a Moonpod Vacuum for 9 months and I have to say it’s the worst vacuum I have ever owned.
It was delivered incomplete and missing parts were sent after numerous emails to customer support.
It did work for a while but never came up to expectations with poor suction.
The vacuum now whines very loudly to the point I have to wear ear defenders!
Customer Service is now ignoring me, I have said from the very beginning that the vacuum was unfit for purpose.

Garbage vacuum. Extremely weak suction power. Useless against pet hair. Short batter life. Constant error message. Broke quickly with regular use. Was a complete throw away. Can't find anyone to return or service. Seems like a scam

Bought this a few months ago and last week I had a connector sticking when disconnecting the attachment. I contacted Moonpod direct and today I received a replacement unit which fixed the problem. Wow, what service. It has always worked really well and picks up so much dust and dirt even though we vacuum every 10 days. Very easy to empty and a full charge will allow us to vacuum the whole house. By the way - it is NOT a Hoover, it is a vacuum cleaner!

I initially loved my Moonpod, but after persevering for nearly a year, I give up... It simply cannot cope with dust or pet hair (and I have a dog which doesn't shed much hair at all, but that's still too much for the Moonpod it seems!!) and I am constantly having to take it apart and thoroughly clean it out, which includes constantly washing the filters (more than what is recommended but that's still no good).

Haben den Sauger nun ca. 2 Monate. Absolute Katastrophe was die Saugleistung betrifft. Nicht zu gebrauchen, wird verschrottet da eine Rückgabe unmöglich ist. Geht lieber was feines essen mit dem Geld!

I bought a moonpod vacuum cleaner a few months ago and it worked well for a while but the charging point stopped working. I contacted the company and they did not reply for the last two weeks. I read many bad reviews but was still hoping that there is at least a year warranty on that hoover :(

Dacht goede reviews gelezen te hebben. Deze aangeschaft en doey het echt naar behoren, maar binnen 6 maanden is de zuigmond waar hij knikt alweer kapot. Niet kopen dus

I bought this hoover 4 weeks ago, and the 'shaft' has already snapped. I was asked by someone at Moonpod UK to send a picture/video which I duly did but have yet to receive a response. Just want to return it and have a refund please!😳

Det här var den absolut sämsta dammsugaren som jag provat. För det första gick den sönder i skaftet direkt. Sen suger den inte upp nånting, ganska ok på mattor men på golv är den helt värdelös, tar inte upp nåt och hörn kommer den inte åt. Jag har googlat på denna dammsugare och den får så dålig kritik överallt. Kundtjänsten är också under all kritik, man får bara en massa standardmail till svar och sen märkliga ursäkter. Alla säger samma. Läste en recension där personen som jag upplever att den inte funkar får till svar att man måste sopa golvet först innan man dammsuger. Jag hoppas min recension hjälper någon från att bli grundlurad på denna produkt.

I don't want to even give this cleaner even 1 star,I bought this about 5 months ago.It stopped working after I used it about 5 times,after you start cleaning anything, it drops debris back on the floor as soon as the cleaner stops.It was purchased after I read a rating of 98 on a web site testing Hoovers.Totally scammed me,cost me about £170 for the privilege.I was looking for a cleaner for my car.

La fixation centrale du tube pliant s'est cassée. Et là, le parcours du combattant a commencé ! Impossible de les contacter par téléphone, uniquement par mail. Mais de toute façon, ça ne sert à rien de les contacter car pas de réponse. Silence radio ! SAV déplorable, nullisime ! Marque déconseillée.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY or TYPKUR UK. !!!!! A scam company selling cheap vacuums. They are not meeting their statutory requirements and obligations and do not accept product returns. They have taken money from me for an additional accessory they did not deliver. Better taking £179 and putting it on the lottery. Horrific buying experience. Fake online reviews on sponsored links on Google suggest the product is better than all the rest. Google are part of the issue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. People responsible should be jailed.

I am not happy with the vacuum cleaner at all. I am unable to take it apart, and I am unable to take out the bin for emptying. My husband had to use 2 spoons to get the bin out.
The parts are very stiff or too tight fitting. In addition it far too noisy and it is actually screeching.
It is really a total misfit with the big wheels under the brush, as it makes it very hard to manoeuvre.
The website Top Guidance that you advertise on should be banned, as it full of lies, “Danish Product” and everything it advertises is just not true.
At present I am considering to report the website to the Australian Scam Report.
