Never received my order and customer service has not resolved. Submitted my order in July, received a tracking number that never had any transit activity. Despite contact customer service, I never received the product, the tracking number became inactive and the status on my order was changed to fulfilled. Now I cannot get a response from customer service.

If I could give 0, I would.
From the moment I saw the star bulb, I wanted it. Waited excitedly and ordered as soon as the product was available on their site. That was back in May of 2025. I paid expedited shipping. Have attempted at least 20 ways to get my product shipped and they keep promising the issue will get pushed and expedited for a solution. It’s not February of 2026. No star bulb. No updates to the bogus tracking number they gave me

Ordered 27/07/25 - nothing!
Contact successful, after many attempts 19/11/25 - advised order issues, apology. 17/01/26 - still no delivery and no response to emails. The reviews here are revealing, do not underestimate the number of complaints, but more than likely they will have our money in return for a couple of emails. They are simply scabby thieves. Please avoid.

Ordered a moonside halo lamp in May 2025. Asked perhaps 10 times about delivery and all i got was stupid emails telling me to be patient....Definitely a scam company!

Beware: This merchant is a scammer. I ordered six items in December 2025. Heard nothing for nearly a month and requested a cancellation and refund. Customer service ignored my request and instead "expedited" my order. I continued to request a cancellation and refund. They continued to ignore me and finally said it was out of their hands after sending it to the shipping carrier. By this time several days had passed and I had requested a refund multiple times. Almost two weeks later one of the six items arrived at my house. However, I got a delivery confirmation for all six items being delivered. I am currently in the process of doing a chargeback with my credit card company. They basically stole over $200 from me and know exactly what they are doing is fraud.

As far as I can tell this is not a real company. There is no support and they do not actually send out anything. 100% scammers behind this. If you purchased anything from their website I highly recommend starting a claim for chargeback.

I bought my product back in October 2025 and it’s end of January 2026 and have not received their product. I have written to them multiple times with unsatisfactory responses, always saying they will send the product or that they have sent it, but never received it.
Don’t bother buying this product. It’s a scam. Their phone number doesn’t work. It might be a fake company.

Ordered two, received one after 2 months.
When asking for a refund, denied, because it has been "preparing". Received a link of the process, haven't had any update for 4 months. Asked again and again, can't cancel, no other link. Promised a 10% refund when I receive the product and never received it.
BTW, the lamp has no certification, and they don't reply to that question too.

They are scam, do not buy, you will never receive anything from them. The package tracking is fake and they just play with you to wait more!

FRAUD ALERT
Do not buy anything from this company. I paid for a lamp 9 months ago and never received anything. Moonside refuses to issue a refund. I have finally contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Do not purchase from this company. Having placed an order for a Halo lamp in May 2025, order has not been received and they only respond to messages I send. No updates, automated responses. Absolute scam of a company!

Hardware quality on these Hex panels is excellent - solid build and they look fantastic on the wall. However, the app needs work. The UI feels clunky and unintuitive. Great lights, frustrating software.

Placed the order back in April, then they kept stating shipping delays and giving fake tracking info.

I placed an order on the 1st of August. It was apparently dispatched a couple of days later but - like many others - it never was. Every single e-mail response is a lie.

They just create a tracking number so you think it's been sent, but it hasn't.

I did a chargeback through my credit card - make sure you do the same, and don't leave it too long.

Obviously a scam . I payed this lamp 1 year ago still didn’t get anything. They’ll send me a weard Chinese tracking link that doesn’t do anything. I wish I read the reviews before spending 70 dollar on this scam

122 days after ordering. Still nothing, same bullshit about shipping than everyone else. Total scam of course.

I have placed my order on Apr 10, 2025 so it is a long time ago. You haven't able to resolve the problem with logistic since then?

Its been mutiple months since ive placed my order, the support team keep sending templated replies whenever I ask about it and the tracking company have not been any more helpful. Seems like they just took the money to fund the product but then were never able to deliver on it

I ordered a lamp online, and it never arrived. I've emailed them several times and only reviving vague excuses why. I keep asking for a refund, which they refuse to acknowledge.
