Moover.ro レビュー 

I shared a detailed list with photos of items to be moved and wrapped, only three items out of the entire list were wrapped - but they assured me that they know what they are doing. The furniture arrived in a filthy condition, sofa's were torn, lamps ripped apart in front of me, brand new mattress has water damage. Moover.Ro has offered 200 Euros for the damages. Their team do not know how to communicate because they don't even speak the same language. This has caused so much distress and trauma, I don't know how these people can call themselves professional.

The booking of relocation services went very well. Details of tasks (details of items, items to be wrapped, transit time etc.) was aligned and agreed with Moover.
I made the down-payment, notified my landlady of the relocation date and booked the tickets to home.
On the moving date 2 trucks arrived (not from Moover but some local company they had contracted).
They had not been briefed of the tasks and initially declined the job.
I gave Moover 5 minutes to come up with a solution. After 10 minutes I had not heard anything from them. I cancelled the agreement and made other arrangement due to the time constraints. Thereafter Moover responded that they had another solution on hand (which I doubt!) but too late. Needless to say, that Moover decline any wrong doing and the refund of down payment.
Moover is totally unreliable and I can only warn others of using them.

This company is completely unreliable. They abandoned me after I signed a contract two months before my move. There was zero communication, so I had to find another company urgently. Don't hire this company; they are incompetent.

Great team. Fast service. Good comunication.

The company paid attention to my needs and help me accordingly. I was moving internationaly with my work, they gaved me clear instructions and tips on how to pack my items to reduce the volume and the costs. I will use them for sure.
