Hago la reserva en Moovers a través del comparador Doyouspain. Seguidamente me llaman de Moovers diciéndome de malos modos que no me van a alquilar el coche, que hable con DoyouSpain para que me reembolsen o den otra opción. El motivo que alegan es que no he puesto el número de vuelo y que ellos no alquilan si no hay número de vuelo. Me leí todas las condiciones antes de contratar y en ninguna parte pone eso ni nada parecido, aunque se lo expongo les da igual. Al hablar con DoyouSpain me informan que es responsabilidad de Moovers ya que esto no está incluido en sus condiciones y que ellos no me pueden devolver el dinero. Moovers no se quiere hacer cargo de la devolución siendo responsables. Resultado, dinero perdido por incumplimiento de contrato por parte de Moovers. Lamentablemente toca reclamación y todas las molestias que conlleva.

Highly recommended. Great service from pickup up to returning the car. Only a few minutes from airport. Booked last minute and was great value.

Moovers are now our 'go to' Car Rental Company. They are professional, quick at responding and very friendly. There is no hard sell and their pricing is very competitive - we use their fully inclusive package. Their offices are very close to Alicante airport and they provide a free shuttle. I would highly recommend this company.

​The service was exceptional, but I specifically want to mention Ariel. She was incredibly helpful and truly saved the day for me! She went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after, and the car she provided was brand new and absolutely spotless.
Ariel could not do enough to help, and her professionalism made a stressful situation easy. I will certainly be recommending Movers to all my family and friends.

Hired a car and it was a lovely little Cleo, super clean and comfortable, very good staff super helpful, Lucus was very friendly and Jesus was also very helpful with my return, all handled soo smoothly no issues.

Arrived promptly when messaged.I went round the car with the attendant and took photos of the car, she asked me to point out any damages, the photos were then sent to my email.
I was very pleased with the car and returning it was easy.
First rate service, as this was my first time using them, I would definitely use them again.

This is the second time I have used Moovers in the last year and I can highly recommend them to anyone. Anna was incredibly accommodating and quick to check the car over and take me to the airport for my flight. See you again soon! 😊

Alles fein, gut geklappt, unkompliziert!!

Never had such an easy rental procedure before. I was not sure of the keyless transaction before but it was a very smooth procedure and the customer service was available at short notice via whatsapp. We received a very new car. Everything was very good.

Nu twee keer gehuurd bij Moovers.
Erg tevreden en ge hier zeker weer huren aangezien we drie keer per jaar in Spanje zijn.
Personeel is vriendelijk en proberen je ook geen verzekering aan te praten. (Moet je natuurlijk wel zelf een verzekering geregeld hebben )
Nette auto’s zo goed als nieuw met weinig kilometers.
Wil je geen gedoe of in de maling genomen worden huur dan zeker bij MOOVERS👍

The best car hire at alicante Airport. Don't be put off by the fact they are not in the airport, the communication and shuttle service to your vechile are fist class. Would highly recommend

It’s the perfect way to rent a car. It was perfect. No need to wait at the terminal, to directly to the parking and take the car. Honestly the best company rent car. 😉

Jesus and all the team at Moovers have been excellent. They check the car both out and in with you to agree details of any damage, not like other hire companies who seem to want to catch you out so that they can charge extra damage fees. The car was in excellent condition and very clean. Pick up and drop off at the airport were also fast and efficient.
Will definitely use Moovers again.

I’ve never done a ‘contactless’ pick up before so was a little unsure how it would work. We filled in the form a week or so before departure and emailed details of the second driver who was included on the policy we had chosen, as was full insurance, so no excess to worry about. Arrived in Mallorca after a 3 hour delay but on arrival there was a WhatsApp and an email with clear instructions (NB you will need to have data in order to unlock the car). It took us a little while to find the car because unfortunately the spaces in the car park did not have numbers, but that was not a problem (and was still far quicker than queueing up at an office). When we arrived at the car, the unlock code had timed out however I WhatsApp’d and had a reply within one minute with a new link and it was easy from there on in. The car park exit ticket and key were in the glove box as promised (you do have to pay the parking charge to leave the car park). The car itself was pristine – we were very happy with our choice.
On returning to the airport car park, I had not had any message with instructions on how to lock the car, however I WhatsApp’d and within a few minutes I received a response with a new code. Overall much much quicker than having to queue up at an office and I would definitely use them again.

Effortless and very efficient good value for money
