Like other posts
Like other posts, applied via Facebook ad, received the sample and was charged for the postage. However without agreeing to any repeat orders they tried to withdraw £49.95 from my account. Fortunately for me there wasn’t sufficient funds to cover the transaction as I specifically keep the balance low. Reported to my bank who will take up with MoreNutra but I still have to make contact with them to cancel any contractual agreement which there aren’t to my knowledge. However as belt and braces had my card details with the bank changed.

What can I do, I have emails from them but unable to get in contact. I paid the first amount in good faith and now they have taken money from my account without my consent

My bank are trying to recover the sums taken by fraud. My bank card is being renewed as I write. A claim will be entered against you. Facebook will be informed very strongly about tha appealing way you have conducted this theft.
Plus the KETO sent doesn’t actually work.

This company pix morenutra.com have taken an unauthorised fee of £49.99 from my Halifax account. I have tried relentlessly to contact the company but no one seems to know just who they are. Yes it’s a scam but the bank just class it as’Fraud’ so suck it up., all they did was cancel my debit card to stop further payments being taken.

It's a total scam, 12 days free trial cost £9.95 so not free. They say you can return it within 12 days with no further charges but if opened or late £48 will be taken from your account, if returned unopened it cist £14. 75 to post it. Con merchants don't buy from them.

I was scammed too
I was scammed too. Thought I'd try free sample and pay postage. Never received the product. Checked bank statement to find 9.95 charged, then 49.95 2 weeks later. Contacted bank, but because I authorised initial payment I could claim through fraudulent transactions.... However you need to have pursued original seller first. No confirmation email from morenutri so no contact details.
Don't be caught out. Most on fb are scams.

Scam company, avoid!
Avoid this company and their phenoman sample offer. They are fraudulent. They will charge you full price and deduct monies from your account without even sending the product. They will claim what you paid for the sample was the postage fee and the new charge is the full price of the sample. By and large, it's horrible scam company.

I demanded a refund of £9.95 shipping cost. They denied it, calling this ''non refundable shipping and handling fee''

Bought item for 9.99 paid and just realised few days later another 49.99 been taken out so canceled my credit card and pursuing it with my bank
23 /04/24 update today i phoned my bank to advise em of the unauthorised payment and they found out that when u put your details in they automticaly subscribe u into there system and the charge is 49.99 so get hold of your bank and tell em you did not authorise for a subscription that thry done it ilegaly you shpuld get a refund then and let the banks go after them

Scammers hiding behind this company
I ordered product £9.95. 5 minutes later my bank rang to say they had declined a payment to this company for £157. Thank goodness my bank were 'on the ball' I did ring the company to express ' my deep distrust of this company. It's very rare that I use my cards on line, this is why. What is this company doing?? Wondering now if I'll get what I ordered, but will only have lost £9.95, NOT £157.
