This company, nutranawera, is a scam. I bought a supplement and checked for hidden subscription sign ups in their terms. There was nothing mentioned ar all. Today they have fraudulently taken £49.95 out of my account. I tried to call them but they keep ending the call without answering and there is no website either

Think I might have got to the bottom of this one. After spending almost two hours yesterday between phone calls back and forward to Morenutra and my bank. The end up was they could not do anything for me as they had tried to refund into my account but payment was rejected and told me I would have to take it up with my bank, which I told them I had done. They gave me the last four digits of the card they had tried to pay the money back into but I have never owned a bank card with that number and my bank confirmed that also. I asked as to where they got that number from and I even read out the card number that I had used to make the £12.95 payment with and which they had subsequently charged me £79.90 twice before I realised. Why they cannot pay the money back into the account it came out of beats me! It turns out that my husband has a bank card ending with those 4 digits but is unaware of ever having ordered anything from them so how did they get his card number? We both have separate accounts and no joint account so I would say this is a GDPR issue as they are trying to pay my money into someone else's bank account without my knowledge. It has only taken 45 days, several phone calls and even more emails for me to have now sussed out their problem. Unfortunately for them, I had already raised the dispute with my bank.

Scammers Stay Away
What supposed to be 12.95 vitamins trial ended up a 59.95 charge fewdays of the transaction. The lead time was 3 days with 12 days return period, waited month for the goods, got charged full amount. To make it even better, today another 59.95 was deducted from my account. What did I pay for? If that was some hidden renewal order,I would or should have order confirmation prior the money were taken. Safe to say its scam and its not safe place to buy from.
Dispute on its way, merchant blocked by bank. Be aware of them!

On 3rd March 2025 pix*morenutra.com took a one off payment of £12.95 from my MONZO account which I did authorize and as far as I was concerned that was payment in full for a single purchase
To my astonishment they then proceeded on 14th March to take an unauthorized duel payment of £79.90. I want that money returned immediately and if they managed to trick me into some kind of subscription to warrant this money then I want them to cancel the subscription and return my money forthwith
I have notified MONZO of your dishonesty and they are looking in it after which if I don’t receive the money from back I will be taking it up with the police, facebook and the newspapers

They are on Facebook and tic toc do not even attempt to buy these items as it’s a big scam and they will take money out of your bank without your permission

paid 12.95 on debit card for gummys, two weeks later got a charge of £89 for subsciption i never agreed to,contacted my bank and they stoped charge and any more that will come through, tryed emailing them funny does not exsist,tryed phoneing and some nice person cut me off three times. do not get involved,total rip off.

Cant give 0 stars but thats what they deserve
I ordered a trial pack and received it. Then after a few days I was charged £59-95 on my card which i dont remember agreeing to. Worse than that, I have not even received anything from them for the £59-95 !!! Terrible shameful behaviour, if their product was good people would reorder off their own bat without them taking peoples hard earned money. absolute disgrace, avoid like the plague !!!!

Con artists, avoid them like the plague
I ordered what was supposedly a free trial of suppliments. This escallated quickly. First, I had to pay shipping of £12.95 which I payed with my credit card. On the same day shortly afterwards I was charged £34.90 which I did not agree to. I contacted them via email to which I they gave some lame excuse about a charge for increasing the dose, again without my agreement. Many emails later I reluctantly agreed to accept a £10 refund. I chalked this up to a bad experience. Oh well I got conned. On 6 Feb, I noticed another pending charge of £59.95. I contacted them again via email,I was told it was a subscription which they agreed to cancel. However, this is when things got worse. I told them I expected a refund. This just ended in perpetual circle of emails where they constantly offer condecending clarifications to attempt to legitimise their fraudulent deductions. They constantly offer a hollow refund conditional on you sending back the unopened trial pack. Knowing full well by that time you would have opened the trial pack to try the product as most consumers would reasonably expect to do. The product wasnt any good either. These people are conartist do not buy from them.
