I had a signet ring made for my husband’s 50th using his family crest. The team were fantastic from start to finish, from choosing the ring through to the engraving. Lisa was incredibly diligent and quick. Thank you, we’ll definitely be back.

Bought two bespoke pieces of jewellery. They are truly wonderful. Very well made, I made a mistake on the personalisation and this was sorted for me without hesitation. So nice to communicate with people rather than a computer. It felt like the utmost care, effort and respect was taken in making these for me. Delighted with my purchase.

The craftsmanship is truly exceptional — you can tell a lot of time, care, and attention to detail has gone into every element. It is unique and personal.

Excellent in all ways
Have purchased numerous times from Morgan and French, appreciate the beautiful craftsmanship ( though I believe in this case its women), quality of bracelet and individually scripted spinners made for my Serenity Bracelet. New cord strap is wonderful bright blue.
Excellent customer service.. I asked for order to be held back as I'd be away from home. Quick email response and order received as requested.
Very pleased with product and service and will continue to use this small British company.

A beautiful keepsake of a loved one
Thank you for my beautiful secret chamber pebble ashes necklace in memory of my late husband. It is really well made and sits nicely with my fingerprint necklace which I bought earlier. I had a security chain fitted as an extra safety precaution. It is a lovely keepsake and your customer service is excellent.
