Morrison レビュー 

I have bought numerous items of clothing and jewellery over the years (spending thousands) from Morrison and love the edgy design and quality.
However I would be very careful about buying online. I had a disappointing experience with their customer service team when I recently ordered a jacket in what is my usual Morrison size. I am unable to wear it as it is way too large.
As it was finial sale I was not able to exchange it for the smaller size even though the store close to me had one in stock!!
I feel very let down as I now have an unwearable garment even though I purchased carefully. It should not be the buyers responsibility when the size guide is not clear or accurate.
Morrison’s exchange policies are too rigid and this will prevent me from purchasing future items online that cannot be exchanged.
Buyer beware as Morrison also has a no refund policy which is also very off putting when purchasing online.

Terrible experience and will never shop there again. I bought a dress that was faulty. They sent it to head office and said it was wear and tear. I didn't even get to wear the dress! What terrible quality the dress was and terrible customer service.

Love Morrison and great fabric and design
