My goodness. By a country mile Chris Zahner and his team at Morr & Co were the most responsive, proactive, pragmatic and reasonably priced solicitors we have ever worked with. In 30 years of transactions I have never worked with a team where I was the one at risk of slowing down and holding back the deal. One-step ahead, calm, diligent, I have no hesitation in recommending Chris and his team.

Julie Taylor and team were exceptional.
Julie keeps you well informed as required and always does what she says she will do - a rare thing these days. Very professional and all the team were friendly and helpful to deal with. Highly recommended

Kristine provided clear and thorough advice in order to successfully avoid a costly property dispute. All communications with Morr & Co. were conducted in a timely manner. An excellent experience.

Inability to progress a sale and get contracts exchange and completed. Had date set however, solicitor non-contactable. Had several date agreed with all parties and had an inability to stick with them. Ruined Christmas for many families. Avoid avoid avoid.

Know of other sales that have fallen through due to their incompetence.

Morr & Co made what is usually a bumpy ride, as smooth as possible. Julie Taylor responded to my queries in double-quick time and dealt efficiently with the obstacles that inevitably came our way.

A problem arose when writing my "Will". This was solved after investigation by the solicitor and her team so that we could move forward to finalising the "Will". Also the complexities of Inheritance Tax was explained so that I could properly understand the making of the my "Will"
