I could not recommend Mortgage123 more!! We initially dealt with Aisling who was very knowledgeable and professional. Then Shannon continued with our journey on buying a new build. We had one or two hiccups along the way but Shannon never seemed stressed. She kept us in the loop at all times and answered many questions we had. She is very professional, friendly and was always on the ball with any documents that were required or sorting the next step of the process for us. This year, I decided to go through the expat mortgage process.
Darragh initially helped me with the process and talked me through all of the requirements step by step. He set up zoom calls to help me and was always great at getting back to any of my many queries, as it was my first time going through an application.
I was then assigned to Derry and Julio’s caseload. They both helped me tremendously with uploading my documents onto the portal and getting my documents through each phase of the mortgage process. They were always very helpful and prompt with updating me and addressing any concerns I had.
The whole process was made a lot easier and smoother with their unwavering support.
I will most definitely be using mortgage 123 again for any mortgage applications in the future.
