Simply amazing! Craig was amazing when we got our first ever mortgage for our new build and again when we needed to move house and remortgage. He found the perfect mortgages both times around. Couldn't recommend this company enough!

It’s astounding to think you can get this level of service without paying anything directly yourself.
I worked with Kris Metcalfe and his team and the communication throughout has been 5 star and I would like to think I have high customer service standards. In my business we call in unrivalled and I think you his term would easily be used for Kris.
I have always been dubious about using brokers thinking for there is a catch but I wouldn’t doNit any other way now as long as Kris is kicking about. Keep up the great work.

I've had a truly positive experience working with the Mortgage Bureau. As a FTB and attempting to tackle the market myself; working with Kris Metcalfe has been fantastic. He was able to provide several options that were well suited and took the stress out of the whole experience. After a very quick turnaround on an offer, I have been left reassured that lenders are still approving mortgages. I would highly recommend using the Mortgage Bureau to all my friends and contacts. I genuinely rate this company very high! But this will be largely down to our Mortage Broker Poppy Beer. She is genuinely someone you would call the face of customer service. She was fantastic throughout. Explained every step nice and clear with us, we never felt rushed on the phone as if she had a time limit with each customer and had to follow scripts or get us off the phone. Any question wasn’t a stupid one and she kept us updated and informed. She wasn’t pushy and if she needed updates or anything from us, she was always polite and patient with us. I have to say, I’ve heard from friends and family about their experiences with mortgage brokers and it doesn’t always sound pleasant, so we really do feel lucky that we got Poppy as our adviser!

It’s the worst time ever to remortgage as rates are changing almost every day. Nicholas helped us with the process to secure best rates available. Having choice of multiple lenders gives opportunity to make conscious decisions.

Fantastic service. I would say above and beyond the call of duty. Helped us massively with our mortgage, when everything else was going wrong Rob Hill pulled out all the stops and made sure everything was in place. Relieved the stress and made sure we got the right mortgage to save us a lot of money over the term.

Superb service. No fee as lender pays this. Talk and walk you through every stage. Very prompt and clear updates.
