I highly recommend Mortgage Bureau, the service is excellent, expedient and efficient. Georgia is highly professional, clear and considered. She went through the various options with me in detail and with precision evidencing thorough research and knowledge of the markets. I specifically appreciated the speed at which my mortgage was dealt with especially during this volatile period in terms of financial security in the global context. She is open and personable, I cannot recommend her enough. Overall the service was excellent and she managed to secure a highly competitive interest rate which is highly appreciated in view of the current financial situation. I have no reservations in recommending the Mortgage Bureau.

Made the process easy and stress free. Gave us clear information that made it easy to understand, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new home.

As a first time buyer purchasing a new build and not having any experience in the world of buying properties I was expecting alot of stress and hassle or for things not to work as easy as I was hoping. Jade who I was dealing with was very on the ball and also contacted me regularly to ensure I was filling in what needed to be done and also advising me via email on what course of action to take next. Going forward if there is anybody I’d like to deal with then it would be her 👍 can’t thank her enough.

Great experience from the start. No pressure on the 1st call to get a decision in principle. Easy mortgage meeting on teams with Dan who is highly recommended for his knowledge and friendly manner. Then Jade took over and made sure we were kept up to date at all times. The least stressful mortgage application I’ve done! Will definitely use again.

Please, Please Please I am sincerely requesting all prospective customers to completely avoid using this financial company. This company has made a huge mistake in my application for financial products like critical illness, life insurance and income protection cover back in 2020.

As a young first time home buyer - I really trusted my financial advisor to have done everything correctly to ensure I was fully protected with any unfortunate illness. Back in 2024 I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition which severely set my health back. I went to claim through Legal and General and they rejected my claim on the basis of incorrect information being sent to legal and general from the financial advisor of MORTGAGE BUREAU ( Mr Sam Gee).

This has infuriated me so much and upset me as I am struggling with my life. How incompetent can these people be who are working for Mortgage bureau. I filled out the advisor's questionnaire and he sent off the application to Legal and General. The advisor managed to get me financial products BASED ON HIS QUESTIONNAIRE which I filled out truthfully. It turns out the questionnaire which I received as a customer wasn't sufficient enough to match legal and generals criteria. He dishonesty filled out the form without clarifying it with me. As a result I have no financial protection for future problems if I was to have further complications with my health.

Mortgage Bureau should be ashamed of themselves for not taking any accountability or responsibility for their errors. You have destroyed my life and I beg people to not use this company. I also encourage and warn existing customers who have purchased policies though this company to look into their policy before a disastrous condition is diagnosed. My life has changed and I should have been financially secure after my diagnosis but this is not the case.

My last hope now is to take this company to court and get my compensation I fully deserve.

I had a fantastic experience working with Jade and Daniel at The Mortgage Bureau. They took complete control of the process, handling everything from start to finish to secure my offer. I was kept well-updated throughout, and they were always available to answer my queries with total professionalism. I truly loved working with them and highly recommend their services!
