From the moment Tom phoned me he made me feel at ease. He explained everything very thoroughly and easy to understand about my life insurance. My family now feel relaxed in the knowledge that if the worst was to happen they are now financially protected. The service was efficient and effective. The team I worked with from the mortgage advisers to the insurance guys were all knowledgeable and helped me achieve my ultimate goal, move into my new home. I didn’t even realise I needed a mortgage insurance and when I did I was going to start checking online. But Tom was very helpful. He called me on WhatsApp when my direct line had an issue and got the cheapest and best quote for my mortgage insurance. Thanks to Tom’s efficiency, everything went smoothly. Mortage decision were great at getting our mortgage for a shared ownership property. Helen and Matt were very helpful, answered my 1000s of questions and handled any issues that us and the mortgage company throw their way. Having gone through multiple mortgage advisors, Megan Morgan has proved to be the most willing and competent. Over the years I have dealt with several and I have to say Megan Morgan did not give up. She felt the pain in dealing with a very demanding provider and went above and beyond. At first I was sceptical as I had my own advisor lined up but when they couldn't provide, Megan Morgan stepped in and worked tirelessly over months to get the mortgage. We will be using Megan Morgan for any future mortgages we require and will recommend to anyone to use her and her team at Mortgage Decisions.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Tom and Helen regarding the renewal of our life insurance. Tom went through all the options with me and got us the best possible quote for our circumstances.
