Lynsay from start to finish could not have been more attentive, and thorough. I was previously advised by 2 other mortgage brokerages that due to my credit & the property I was buying, I’d need a 30% deposit and even then it would be a struggle. Lynsay did not falter for 1 second and has secured me my mortgage with a 20% deposit & at a far better rate. She offered me quick replies, reassurance when I needed it and was genuinely a pleasure to work with.

I honestly believe she is a miracle worker and for as long as I can, I’ll not be going anywhere else for my mortgage help.

lynsay was very good at explaining the basics to us on how to go about setting up are new mortgage term, she was at the end of the phone day or night for any queries we had. I will be using mortgage it again in the next couple of years when im due to remortgage. She reiterated that in her line of work communication was paramount and she wasnt wrong and stuck to her word!

Kevin was honestly incredible. His communication was amazing and he was really flexible with calls/zooms/office and timings. Before talking to Kevin, getting a mortgage seemed like quite a stressful task, but Kevin made it so easy and explained everything so clearly and just sorted everything that needed to be done. The interest rates changed during our application but Kevin was on it and updated us as soon as the rates came through. Cannot thank him enough.
