My mum was recently diagnosed with a critical illness and she helped us by looking into her policy. Kevin at Mortgage It made the remortgaging process easy, presenting all options clearly during the initial consultation. They secured a mortgage with a new lender that met my requirements with communication being quick throughout and all my questions being answered.

Mortgage It has continuously monitored rates over the 6 months between the initial offer and my remortgage being completed, saving me £3460 over my 5-year term. A new rate was secured several times, including my finial offer which was just a few days before my remortgage was completed.
