I had been looking for a property for over two years and finally completed in 2024.
I first came across ammar mortgages in 2022 who helped me immensely at the time explore my mortgage options.
He was very knowledgeable in the property market and made my search so much easier. As a first time buyer it was extremely stressful not knowing the ins and outs of home purchasing.
Ammar made the whole experience so much easier and set up my profile in 2022.
This was a very easy process and when I finally found a property it was extremely easy to apply for a mortgage and did not need me to go through lots of paperwork (which can be a total pain!).
My lending was also at the maximum borrowing due to my circumstances and Ammar had really kept me reassured throughout the process and really pushed to get me the mortgage I needed to purchase my property.
Again this was a stressful time not knowing whether I would get my borrowing amount. However Ammar stayed in contact throughout to inform me and kept me reassured.
After my mortgage was approved, Ammar continued to support me and liaise with solicitors, helped complete paperwork and pushed for completion.
I could not have asked for a more understanding, supportive and a knowledgeable broker.
