Terrible service. Under pressure from day one to accept a low offer so Mortimers could put their 'Sold' sign up, Refused the offer, and then they accepted a bogus offer after I told them the buyer was not genuine. The house sale fell through, inevitably. eventually sold after I did the viewings myself, and they had the cheek to claim full commission for doing nothing. Do not waste time with them, there are plenty of Estate Agents around that are cheaper and more professional. I will never sell a house again through them and unfortunately will not buy a house that they are selling.

Excellent communication at every step of the sale , Veda Banks ( our Negotiator ) always answered any questions promptly and professionally.
