Quick delivery, good size logs

Initial problem ordering so I left the site but they sent me an email checking if there was a problem
I explained what had happened and they came straight back with a solution
Very prompt delivery though I haven’t used the product yet

Always great logs, good price before the winter and fast delivery.

I have purchased logs several times from Mortimer's Fuels and they have always been delivered very promptly, usually next day. Delivery is included in the price. The logs arrive in bags, which are packed into boxes. I have only used a few logs so far, but they are very good quality and a uniform size which is good for storage and much easier to use than having to split larger logs.

Harry and his team have been supplying our wood logs since last winter. I wish I had found them earlier.
All I can say is that him and his company are a TOP CLASS ACT. They're aren't many companies left with such personal service. So responsive to queries, orders delivered so quickly, logs are all great quality and pricing is just incredible. I use Birch to get fire up to temp and then Oak and or Alder to maintain a warm and welcoming warmth. And such great value for your hard earned money. You get a lot of logs for the price you pay and they are nothing like the cheap c**p you can buy from B&M, Home Bargains, petrol stations etc. You think you getting a great deal when you buy those bags, but they literally burn away in minutes. Save your money and get your logs from Harry!
This time around I ordered the Oak crate, which is normally fantastic value but even better with the recent 10% discount offer. I tried to visualise how many logs for inside a crate! Ermm....I was way out! Lol . So many logs, packed and I mean PACKED into the crate. All cut to same size to fit into your burner and plenty variety of weight to make it easier to start your fire with a less dense log and then you can put one of the big boys on which will keep you warm for hours! I asked Harry and it's approximately 25 bags worth of logs in the crate. So do the maths and you'll realise what INCREDIBLE value for money you get. Just make sure you have the room for storage 😜🤣
The delivery was smooth, arrived bang on time and the delivery driver , who was great and very helpful, got it as close as possible to where I needed it for the decanting!

The delivery was the problem.I waited in for two days as I was told be the courier that a signature was required but they failed to materialise.

All fine now and the fuel is excellent.

Fantastic service from these guys. Ordered a box of oak logs for a smoker BBQ and they worked brilliantly. All logs were bone dry and ready to burn. Lasted a long time while burning, which is just what I needed them to do. Amazingly fast delivery which was very much appreciated. I'll be back for more soon. Thanks Mortimers Fuels. Delivery of our logs, kindle & firelighters were on time. One box of firelighters was damaged & open. Could have been box or courier company putting heavy goods on top. Messaged Mortimer Fuels after my holiday & they resent 2 boxes out without any extra charge or problem. So great logs etc., Customer service too! Will be using again when needed. Highly recommend.
