Mold smelling tuxedo
I've got my event ruined by a smelly tuxedo. I got my rented tuxedo to the gala dinner and while dressing it I that's when I noticed this very intense mold/damp smell, like as if it has been inside a show that ran a 2 hour marathon. No way I could remove that smell and it ruined my dinner and my confidence. Completely unacceptable by Moss Bros

Not the service we expected
Not the service we expected from such a well known and trusted company. Used Moss Bros for wedding suit hire, had been assured by store staff they had checked over all suits thoroughly and stupidly we believed them. One wedding party member arrived only a few hours before the wedding due to being released from hospital following major surgery, cue no grey suit trousers and an emergency dash to a local Next store for trousers and a black pair being purchased as no grey in correct size. Store staff very nonchalant on return no apology given.

Cheapside best branch service - others should followed!
Such a different standard in the same brand, I call the shop in Crawley and they were so dismissive and unhelpfull saying you need to order weeks in advance and I decide to contact the branch in cheapside where the whole staff is always amazing (especially Susanna) they are always ready, they answer the phone with a smile, it does not matter which part of London I am, I always hire from Cheapside as they are incredibly efficient - other branches....

Moss @ Cheshire Oaks - Customer Service at its finest!
Cheshire Oaks Ellesmere Port branch.
After arranging a suit for hire I had to cancel. I went to the shop with less than fourteen days to explain why I needed to cancel and hoping to get some of my money back. I spoke to Lynsey and James and without any quibble I got a 100% refund.
I will definitely be back in the near future and it is my pleasure to recommend this company and their great staff. Customer service at its finest!
