Ryan North - Ryan did an amazing job for us. He didn't push us towards any particular product but answered all of our questions and let us decide what we might buy from him.03
Ryan North, who owns Moss Envy here in Minneapolis, sold us our mattress and went out of his way to explain the technologies involved and had different beds that we could try to try and dial in our best bed for me and my wife. One of the thing that I wasn't ready for was the difficulty putting it all together but everything worked out and I just had the best sleeping experience in I don't know how long. The other thing was I bought it because of how green and organic things were described but the amount of plastic used to wrap everything was far from green. I have never had any product delivered to me that had this much plastic involved. Everything was very clean but all of the latex pads were triple wrapped in plastic. If there was a way of lessening the amount used, that would be appreciated> Doug Weatherhead

Moss Envy: Natural & Organic Bedroom ããã®åç
Hi Doug,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed review! Iâm really glad to hear that you and your wife are already enjoying some of the best sleep youâve had in a long while. It was a pleasure working with you to find the right fit, and I appreciate your patience with the assembly processâI know it can be a bit of a workout!
I also want to sincerely thank you for your feedback regarding the plastic packaging. We take our commitment to sustainability seriously, and I completely hear your frustration. While we use high-grade plastic to ensure your organic materials (especially the latex) arrive clean, dry, and free of contaminants during transit, I agree that the sheer volume can feel at odds with a "green" purchase.
We are constantly looking for ways to reduce our environmental footprint while maintaining the integrity of the products, and I will certainly share your comments with our suppliers and shipping team to see where we can improve.
Enjoy the new bed, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything else!
Best,
Ryan North

Organic Wool Wedge Pillow, Organic Cotton Fabric
I had some questions about my shipping, Laura from Moss Envy was most helpful. But really - this is about the product no? My Wedge Pillow is firm, well made, gorgeous. And the cover also, sturdy and attractive. Together - firm, very comfortable, not "off gassing" strange chemical odors. I'm 100% happy with my purchase.

That is wonderful to hear! Thank you for sharing your experience with the wedge pillow. We take a lot of pride in sourcing materials that are as clean and sturdy as they are comfortable, so itâs great to know the organic wool and cotton are hitting the mark for you without any of those "off-gassing" smells.
I will also be sure to pass your kind words along to Lauraâshe always goes the extra mile to make sure the shipping process is as smooth as possible.
Weâre so glad youâre 100% happy with your purchase. Enjoy the new pillow!
Best,
Ryan North

I am a repeat customer
I am a repeat customer. I had ordered a bed some years ago, and I still love it. My kid is getting bigger so I wanted to order an adult sized bed and he asked "can I have a bed like yours?". We ordered from Moss Envy of course; they were so helpful with checking my order and fixing a size issue I had overlooked. The bed came fast and set up was easy. After his first night in his bed I asked my son how his new mattress/wool topper was..."heavenly". After a couple more nights I asked how it was settling for him..."perfect". Thankful for clean products that feel good to sleep on. No nasty chemical smells, the products last, and the customer service is 100%. Thank you, Moss Envy!

Hearing that his new setup is "heavenly" and "perfect" (and free of those nasty chemical smells) is exactly what we strive for. âThank you for trusting us again with your family's sleep.
