Pam at comfort zone was great. Very clear explanations of different beds, very accommodating and friendly. We love our mattress!

Showroom staff was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding our selection of a Murphy cabinet bed.
Only downside is that delivery came not quite an hour after the agreed-upon time window. Two men delivery crew was very professional, quick and left no mess.

Rosie and Pam were very knowledgeable and professional. They lined up my delivery, date and time. The product was perfect and the delivery men were extremely professional and skilled. It was a great experience and I highly recommen them to anyone.

Found the selection great found my corner sofa without any pressure sales. Alison was extremely helpful with sizing etc delivery was great and efficient and great experience dealing with this company a big thank you.

everything inside the store is great. Displays don't seem limited.

Friendly staff, good communication, knowledgeable.

Pam was fantastic. Easy going and knowledgeable and very pleasant. The place is not large but they have a great selection of wall beds of different styles. The quality of the wallbeds are top notch with solid construction and REAL wood. The mattresses they have are very comfortable and have the most reasonable prices I've seen anywhere. Installation team was quick and efficient and did a great job. Cannot say enough good things about our experiences

Pam was very helpful, friendly and professional. Our sleeper couch was delivered when promised by 2 movers who were on time and vey efficient.

Pam was great because she led me directly to the bed I needed and saved me a lot of time. Her friendly manner made me feel right at home. It is well worth buying locally, so I recommend this business to anyone who needs a bed.
I purchased an adjustable bed because I have to sleep on my back with my head elevated. The bed I got is really comfy.

Very helpful (and patient) staff. Delivery was on time and done efficiently and well.

Customer service and friendliness is excellent!!
Pam is a pleasure to do business with.
The delivery was done in a very professional manner.
We know we are getting good product and service when we shop at Comfort Zone.
Thank you Pam!!!!!!!!

Pam is the ladies name, and she is so seasoned, she knows exactly what’s fit your room. I wanted a queen and the measurements didn’t allow me to have that size, so l had a full size which allowed a night stand both sides. A perfect fit for my room. I am truly happy for her advice. She is the perfect person for that position

Customer service was great! The staff works as a team. They did a good job of communicating with me. They kept me posted until my mattress topper arrived in Texas. Thank you!

Pam was amazingly helpful! When we need a king Murphy bed next year, I will be talking to Pam!! Thank you!!

I have been dealing with Pam at Comfort Zone for about 3-years now. She is a great person of major knowledge about wallbeds, beds and mattresses. I bought a beautiful wall-bed and she handled the sale from the beginning to set-up. Then when I moved to Oregon she arranged the tear down and packing of my wall bed for the moving company to pickup. Once again, she sent me a beautiful email thanking me for being a loyal customer. I asked her if she knew anyone between Eugene to Springfield, Oregon for a setup of the wall-bed and she said let me try. Pam goes above and beyond to help you in anyway possible.

Great service, on time, very professional. We are very happy!

My only complaint is that the installers came late. I was given a time of 10-12. They arrived about 1215.

Very helpful and friendly service. Installed a Murphy bed and it was great, installers were very efficient and professional.
